The present disclosure provides an internally self-circulating fluidized bed gasifier and an air distributor therein for generating a stepped constrained wind. The air distributor includes a gas-material mixture through hole and a plurality of vent holes. Each of the vent holes is designed to have a winding path. Due to the winding paths of the vent holes and an arrangement of converging outlets of the vent holes to the gas-material mixture through hole, which is in communication with a furnace chamber, the present disclosure enables a gas entering the furnace chamber to form a stepped constrained wind and effectively prevents solid-phase materials in the furnace chamber from leaking into a gas mixture chamber. The internally self-circulating fluidized bed gasifier can achieve self-circulation combustion gasification for multiple times and a well-controlled gasification temperature, resulting in a high coal gasification efficiency without an ash leakage.

The system comprises a carbonaceous substance reaction apparatus and a gas return apparatus used for raising the pressure of some of a raw syngas cooled and preliminarily purified downstream of the reaction apparatus, then blending with high-temperature raw syngas upstream of the reaction apparatus and reducing the temperature. The method comprises reacting in a gasification reaction apparatus the carbonaceous substance and a gasification agent to generate raw syngas and ash and slag, some of the high-temperature raw syngas moving downstream with fly ash and liquid slag, and some of the high-temperature syngas moving upstream with fly ash; the downstream part of the high-temperature raw syngas being cooled, preliminarily purified and deslagged, then pressurized, and the wet raw syngas being injected into the system and blended with the upstream high-temperature raw syngas; the remainder of the high-temperature syngas moving upstream with fly ash and blending and cooling with the low-temperature wet syngas injected by the preliminary cooler, and optionally being entered into the cooling reaction stage; the cooled or cooling-reacted raw syngas continuing upstream, passing through the upper cooling stage and cooling again and ash being removed to obtain the raw syngas.

A mutual contact region exists between the waste incineration furnace chamber and the biomass gasification furnace chamber, and heat transfer can be realized between the waste incineration furnace chamber and the biomass gasification furnace chamber. Heat generated by the waste incineration furnace chamber is used for conduction to the biomass gasification furnace chamber, and excess heat generated by the waste incineration can be supplied to the biomass gasification furnace chamber for reactions therein, thereby reducing the heat additionally used by the biomass gasification furnace chamber and saving energy consumption.
