METHOD AND SYSTEM FOR COAL PURIFICATION AND COMPLETE BURNING FOR CLEAN FOSSIL FUEL
In one aspect, a method for coal purification and gasification may include steps of heating the coal including various hydrocarbons and harmful substances such as sulfides, phosphates, etc. to 900 to 1200 C. in a coal gasifier; providing a reaction chamber with oxygen and connecting with the coal gasifier; the sulfides, phosphates, etc. in the gasified coal entering the reaction chamber from the coal gasifier and reacting with the oxygen therein; separating mixtures from the reaction chamber to collect hydrocarbons in its fluidized phase; heating the fluidized hydrocarbons; and providing oxygen to react with the gasified form of hydrocarbons to achieve a complete burning of the hydrocarbons.
MULTISTAGE THERMOLYSIS METHOD FOR SAFE AND EFFICIENT CONVERSION OF CARPET/RUG, POLYMERIC MATERIALS AND OTHER WASTE SOURCES
Clean, safe and efficient methods, systems, and processes for utilizing thermolysis methods to processes to convert various carpet, rug, polymeric materials and other waste sources, such as solid waste, tires, manure, auto shredder residue, glass and carbon fiber composite materials, municipal solid wastes, medical wastes, waste wood and the like into a Clean Fuel Gas and Char source are disclosed. The invention processes the carpet, rug, polymeric material to effectively shred and/or grind the waste source, such as post-consumer carpet remnants and waste, and then process using thermolysis methods to destroy and/or separate halogen and other dangerous components to provide a Clean Fuel Gas and Char source. Additional waste sources, such as solid waste, tires, manure, auto shredder residue, glass and carbon fiber composite materials, municipal solid wastes, medical wastes, waste wood and the like, are suitable for the processing of the invention disclosed.
Conversion of plastics to monomers with integrated recovery with a cracking unit
A plastic pyrolysis process produces light olefin product and heavier products. The light olefin products are separated in a recovery process while the heavier product can be sent to a cracking unit to be further cracked to desired products. The cracked effluent stream may be subjected to the recovery process along with the light olefin product.
Method and device for fischer-tropsch synthesis
A method for Fischer-Tropsch synthesis, the method including: 1) gasifying a raw material to obtain a crude syngas including H.sub.2, CO and CO.sub.2; 2) electrolyzing a saturated NaCl solution using a chloralkali process to obtain a NaOH solution, Cl.sub.2 and H.sub.2; 3) removing the CO.sub.2 in the crude syngas using the NaOH solution obtained in 2) to obtain a pure syngas; and 4) insufflating the H.sub.2 obtained in 2) to the pure syngas to adjust a mole ratio of CO/H.sub.2 in the pure syngas, and then introducing the pure syngas for Fischer-Tropsch synthesis reaction.
