System And Method For Reprocessing Animal Bedding
A method and system reprocess soiled animal bedding material commingled with animal manure. In one aspect the soiled animal bedding material is separated in a shaker to send at least a preponderance of said manure to a holding tank. In another aspect the bedding is cleaned, rinsed and color is restored. Said bedding material is subsequently dried and a bedding product, fertilizer product, and/or compacted product is formed. Alternatively, said bedding material is dried (without a compacting step) to form a product. In another aspect, the steps of separation, cleaning, rinsing and/or color restoration may be omitted.
Charcoal starter
The charcoal starter provides a housing with an upper chamber and a lower chamber. The housing is constructed from a combustible material that is sufficiently rigid to enable the housing to store and support an amount of charcoal within the upper chamber. A divider separates the upper chamber from the lower chamber. The divider supports the charcoal above the lower chamber. The lower chamber provides space for placement of paper or other combustible material, such as a combustible solid, within the lower chamber. A user lights the combustible material to start a fire and generate heat. The heat and fire from the lower chamber travels upward to the upper chamber to light the charcoal. The charcoal starter burns to ashes during use as the charcoal burns.
METHOD FOR REGULATING A PELLET-FIRED BURNER AND CORRESPONDING INSTALLATION
A method for regulating a wood burner that burns wood pellets. For a batch of pellets the method includes, determining the air flowrate and fuel flowrate parameters according to the levels of combustion of the pellets in a defined pellet-fired burner, creating at least one curve, identifying the optimal air and fuel parameters, recording these optimal parameters, the type of burner, the batch number, possibly extrapolating to other pellet-fired burners, recording these extrapolated optimal parameters, labelling each bag with information relating to these optimal parameters, when using a bag of pellets in a domestic pellet-fired burner, reading the information using reading means, and regulating the domestic burner by acting on regulating means that regulate the supply of air and fuel to the burner.
Biofuel product with fat, oil and/or grease components
A biofuel product having constituents selected from the group including fat, oil and/or grease components. A container is formed of a biodegradable material having a multiplicity of openings of a size and shape adapted for allowing the fat, oil and/or grease components to pass through the openings to an interior area of the container. An absorbent capture material is positioned in the container and holds a quantity of the fat, oil and/or grease. The container, capture material and fat, oil and/or grease collectively include the biofuel product.
Self-Igniting Assembly
Embodiments are described for a self-igniting assembly having a main portion with a match-like component affixed thereto. A flammable member such as a wick or match-like member is in communication with the match-like component. A handle permits the user to grip the main portion and tug the main portion to impart friction and a chemical reaction between the match-like component to ignite the flammable member. This assembly may be provided with a number of ignitable device such as logs, fire starters, fireworks, or candles.
COMBUSTION-SUPPORTING PACKAGE STRUCTURE
A combustion-supporting package structure includes a main body, gas channels, and a ventilation duct. An ignition member is arranged below the main body, the gas channels are provided inside a bottom end of the main body, the ventilation duct is provided in a middle of the bottom end of the main body, charcoal is arranged above the main body, an end cover is arranged above the charcoal, a placing cavity is provided inside a top end of the end cover, and ventilation holes are provided inside the top end of the end cover at a front end and a rear end of the placing cavity. A stainless steel clip is arranged above the end cover. According to the combustion-supporting package structure, thermal convection is generated in the gas channels, such that the charcoal is continuously and stably burn, and a combustion-supporting gas enters the main body through the ventilation duct.
BIOFUEL PRODUCT WITH FAT, OIL AND/OR GREASE COMPONENTS
A method of capturing and disposing of fats, oil and/or grease is disclosed. The method comprises: providing a porous container formed of a porous fabric; positioning in the porous container an absorbent material capable of absorbing a quantity of fats, oil and grease through the porous fabric of the porous container; placing the container and the absorbent material contained therein in a grease trap comprising a source of fats, oil and/or grease for absorbing the fats, oil and/or grease; removing the porous container of absorbent material and absorbed fat, oil and/or grease from the source of fats, oil and/or grease; removing the absorbent material, fats, oil and/or grease from the removed porous container; and extracting the absorbed fats, oil, and/or grease from the absorbent material.
Method of infusing wood grilling products with flavor and aroma-enhancing supplements
A method of infusing wood grilling products with flavor and aroma-enhancing supplements is utilized to impart flavor and aroma to a wood grilling product that is to be used for cooking. The wood grilling product is placed into a vacuum infusion chamber and submerged within a first quantity of FAE liquid. The first quantity of FAE liquid and the wood grilling product are then hermetically sealed within the vacuum infusion chamber. A first quantity of air is evacuated out of the vacuum infusion chamber in order to apply a vacuum to the wood grilling product. The vacuum is maintained on the wood grilling product for an optimal time duration. A second quantity of air is then introduced into the vacuum infusion chamber in order to return the vacuum infusion chamber to atmospheric pressure and infuse the first quantity of FAE liquid into the wood grilling product.
Fire Starting Devices and Methods
Devices and methods are disclosed for creating a fire in normal and adverse conditions using fire starting tinder housed in lightweight containers and multipurpose cords.
Charcoal Pillow Pack
A pillow pack for charcoal briquettes comprises a plurality of briquettes arranged as a flexible flat planar array having a specific geometric shape and held together by a connecting material which is contact with each charcoal briquette and which may or may not be liquid fuel infused.
