TRIAMINE SOLIDIFICATION USING DIACIDS
Stable, solid triamine compositions are disclosed. The pressed, cast, extruded or other solid compositions are suitable for antimicrobial, sanitizing and disinfectant applications. Ready-to-use solutions are obtained by dissolving the solid triamine compositions with water and the methods of use thereof are particularly suitable for cleaning, disinfecting, sanitizing, rinsing and/or lubricating. Beneficially, the solid triamine compositions are at least partially neutralized, allowing activity of 90% and greater of the biocidal triamine, and provide at least substantially similar or superior performance and micro efficacy to liquid formulations.
Stripper solutions and methods of using stripper solutions
Stripping solutions that may replace an etching resist ashing process are provided. The stripping solutions are useful for fabricating circuits and/or forming electrodes and/or packaging/bumping applications on semiconductor devices for semiconductor integrated circuits with good photoresist removal efficiency and with low silicon oxide etch rate and low metal etch rates. Methods for their use are similarly provided. The preferred stripping agents contain polar aprotic solvent, water, hydroxylamine, corrosion inhibitor, quaternary ammonium hydroxide and optional surfactant. Further provided are integrated circuit devices and electronic interconnect structures prepared according to these methods.
COMPOSITION
Laundry liquid composition comprising itaconic acid or a salt thereof. The invention further relates to a method of preserving a laundry liquid composition using itaconic acid or salt thereof.
Opacified liquid detergent composition comprising a fatty acid/Mg cation/Ca cation mixture and having improved structural stability
An opacified liquid detergent composition includes at least one anionic surfactant, a fatty acid, magnesium cations, calcium cations, and water. The fatty acid, magnesium cations, and calcium cations are present in the opacified liquid detergent composition in a weight ratio of from about 0.95:0.04:0.01 to about 0.88:0.11:0.01 of fatty acid to magnesium cations to calcium cations. The opacified liquid detergent composition is free of a microplastic opacifier and has a turbidity value of greater than 250 NTU measured utilizing a turbidity meter at about 24° C.
LOW FOAM CLEANING COMPOSITIONS
The disclosure relates to low foam cleaning compositions comprising quaternary ammonium compounds, as well as, methods of manufacturing and methods of using the low foam cleaning compositions. Beneficially the cleaning compositions are compatible with cleaning methods and apparatuses requiring low foam, including, but not limited to, machine warewash and clean-in-place. The cleaning compositions are particularly suitable for low temperature sanitizing applications.
Underwater cavitation jet cleaning system
An underwater cavitation jet cleaning system provided with an automatic metering feeder for cleaning solution organically integrates a cavitation jet technology with the improvement of cleaning solutions, which can not only increase bubbles can be during jet, but also is beneficial for removing hull dirt. An eddy segment of a nozzle is arranged as a spiral passage, and the eddy segment is gradually reduced from a water inlet to a water outlet, so that a speed of fluid becomes further faster. A volume of an in-pipe chamber of a barrel is different, and the fluid is pulsed while flowing through the barrel, so that the fluid is finally ejected from the nozzle of a cleaning gun, which efficiently improves the cavitation rate, and increases the generation of cavitation nucleus.
LIQUID DETERGENT CONCENTRATE
A detergent concentrate includes: (i) 22 to 46% by weight alkali metal hydroxide, (ii) 5 to 50% by weight dispersing agent, chelating agent or a combination thereof, (iii) 0 to 5% by weight tenside, (iv) 0 to 5% by weight excipients and (v) 28 to 39% by weight water, wherein the detergent concentrate is a suspension. Also disclosed are methods of production therefor.
CLEANING COMPOSITIONS
The present invention relates to cleaning compositions, in particular to cleaning compositions for use in heating, ventilation and air-conditioning (HVAC) installations. We describe an acidic cleaning composition concentrate comprising: at least one acid having a pKa.sub.1 of 4 or less, wherein the at least one acid is at least one organic acid and/or non-oxidising mineral acid; a rheology modifier; and a polar protic solvent. In some examples, compositions may also include at least one of one or more weak nitrogenous bases, one or more carboxylate salts and one or more one surfactants;
Formula design for a solid laundry fabric softener
Solid laundry fabric softening compositions for laundry applications of use are disclosed. In particular, solid laundry fabric softening compositions combining quaternary dialkyl actives with low iodine values and silicone provide softness without causing any significant yellowing or loss of water absorption or wicking to the treated linen. The solid laundry fabric softening compositions can be provided as a multi-use block having uniform dispensing rates and without block sloughing. Beneficially, the combination of processing aids for solidification comprising one or more of (A) polyethylene glycol and an acidulant, (B) a surfactant and an acidulant, or (C) polyethylene glycol, a surfactant and an acidulant, are combined with the quaternary ammonium compounds and silicone to provide the stable solid composition.
CLEANING WIPES
A cleaning wipe that is composed of a cleaning substrate and a cleaning composition that includes water and cleaning composition integrated therein. The cleaning composition comprises water and a liquid material component having between 0.5 and 2.0 M free hydrogen and between 100 ppm and 800 ppm calcium, the liquid material present in an amount capable of yielding a solution pH of 6.0 or below when present in the aqueous disinfectant composition together with a solubilizer present in an amount between 0 vol % and 5 vol %.
