20200263113 · 2020-08-20 ·

A bio resin agent cleaner and protectant for painted automotive surface finishes, clear coat finishes, fiberglass, chrome, rubber, plastic, gel coat, aluminum, steel, and glass surfaces. In addition to cleaning and protecting the product leaves a semi permanent gloss on most all surfaces. The bio resin agent cleaner and protectant may be a soy bio resin, a grapeseed bio resin, a sunflower bio resin, a vegetable based bio resin, or any equivalent bio resin, for example a soy methyl ester based from soy oil. In one embodiment the bio resin agent cleaner and protectant is a bio resin combined with surfactants and emulsifiers. The bio resin agent addresses the needs for cleaning and protecting painted automotive surfaces.

Treatment compositions

The present invention relates to treatment compositions containing polymer systems that provide stability and benefit agent deposition as well as methods of making and using same. Such treatment compositions may be used for example as through the wash and/or through the rinse fabric enhancers as well as unit dose treatment compositions.

Method of forming an antifoam granule containing a silicone polyether

An antifoam granule includes a carrier and an antifoam compound deposited on the carrier. The antifoam granule is formed using a method that includes providing an emulsion and contacting the emulsion with a carrier to deposit the antifoam compound on the carrier and form the antifoam granule. The emulsion includes an oil phase, an aqueous phase, and a silicone polyether. The oil phase includes an antifoam compound. The antifoam compound includes a hydrophobic fluid and a hydrophobic filler dispersed in the hydrophobic fluid. The aqueous phase includes a binder and water. The emulsion is formed using a method that includes combining the oil phase, the aqueous phase, and the silicone polyether to form the emulsion. The antifoam granule is also utilized in a method of facilitating rinsing of a detergent from a substrate that includes applying the detergent, including the antifoam granule, to the substrate and rinsing the substrate.

Fabric care composition comprising metathesized unsaturated polyol esters

The present invention relates to fabric cleaning and/or treatment compositions as well as methods of making and using same. Such fabric cleaning and/or treatment compositions contain species of metathesized unsaturated polyol esters that have the correct rheology. Thus, such species of metathesized unsaturated polyol esters provide unexpectedly improved softening performance and formulability.

Disclosed is an apparatus for pretreatment of printable fabrics, comprising a washer/extractor; a control apparatus connected to the washer/extractor to control said washer/extractor; and a source of pretreatment chemicals to be added to the washer/extractor in a controlled manner by the control apparatus. Also disclosed are methods of pretreating fabrics using the disclosed apparatus.

CLEANING AGENT FOR REMOVAL OF FOULING DEPOSITS FROM METAL SURFACES

A cleaning agent comprising a polyacrylate terpolymer and a maleic olefin compound may be added to an aqueous system having a metal surface, such as a metal surface of a heat exchanger, in a concentration sufficient to remove fouling deposits from the metal surface in neutral or alkaline conditions. The removal of fouling deposits with the application of the cleaning agent may occur while the system is shut down or in service.

ANTIMICROBIAL NONWOVEN WET WIP BONDED WITH A NONIONIC BINDER

An antimicrobial nonwoven wet wipe includes i) a fibrous nonwoven substrate bonded with a cross-linkable VAE dispersion stabilized with one or more nonionic colloidal stabilizers and one or more nonionic surfactants, and ii) absorbed in the nonwoven substrate, an aqueous lotion including one or more cationic disinfectants. No anionic surfactants are present in the antimicrobial nonwoven wet wipe. A method of producing the antimicrobial nonwoven wet wipe includes a) applying a first aqueous composition including a crosslinkable VAE dispersion stabilized with one or more nonionic colloidal stabilizers and one or more nonionic surfactants to a nonwoven substrate; b) drying the composition; and c) applying a second aqueous composition to the product of step b). At least one of the first and second aqueous compositions includes one or more cationic disinfectants.

NONWOVEN MATERIAL FOR CLEANING AND SANITIZING SURFACES

Nonwoven materials having at least one layer are provided, as well as their use in cleaning articles. More particularly, the nonwoven materials can include a rough outer surface useful for scrubbing purposes. Alternatively or additionally, the nonwoven materials can include a carrier composition including a binder and a blocking agent. The carrier composition can repel a sanitizing agent, such as a quaternary ammonium compound, from the surface of the nonwoven material.

SOLIDIFYING LIQUID ANIONIC SURFACTANTS

The invention relates to solidification of liquid anionic surfactants with a binder, carrier, or both binder and carrier to form a solidified surfactant composition. In particular, the invention relates to solidification of liquid surfactants utilizing drying device(s), wherein the feed composition contains at least one liquid surfactant and the binder, carrier, or binder and carrier to form a solidified surfactant composition. The solidified surfactant compositions can be useful in various cleaning compositions.
