GH9 ENDOGLUCANASE VARIANTS AND POLYNUCLEOTIDES ENCODING SAME
The present invention relates to endoglucanase variants and methods for obtaining endoglucanase variants. The present invention also relates to polynucleotides encoding the variants; nucleic acid constructs, vectors, and host cells comprising the polynucleotides; and methods of using the variants.
NOVEL WHITENING AGENTS FOR CELLULOSIC SUBSTRATES
This invention relates to novel whitening agents for cellulosic substrates. The whitening agents are comprised of at least two components: at least one chromophore component and at least one polymeric component. Suitable chromophore components generally fluoresce blue, red, violet, or purple color when exposed to ultraviolet light, or they may absorb light to reflect these same shades. The whitening agents are further characterized by having a dispersion component value of the Hansen Solubility Parameter of less than or equal to about 17 MPa.sup.0.5. This invention also relates to laundry care compositions including but not limited to liquid and/or powder laundry detergent formulations and rinse added fabric softening (RAFS) compositions that comprise such whitening agents.
AMPHIPHILIC POLYSACCHARIDE DERIVATIVES AND COMPOSITIONS COMPRISING SAME
The disclosure relates to compositions comprising a polysaccharide derivative, wherein the polysaccharide derivative comprises a polysaccharide substituted with a) at least one hydrophobic group, and b) at least one hydrophilic group, wherein the polysaccharide is poly alpha-1,3-glucan, poly alpha-1,6-glucan, or poly alpha-1,3-1,6-glucan.
POLYPEPTIDES WITH ENDOGLUCANASE ACTIVITY AND USES THEREOF
Disclosed herein are cellulase variants, or active fragments thereof, and polynucleotides encoding same, wherein the cellulase variants, or active fragments thereof, have endoglucanase activity. Also disclosed herein are compositions comprising said cellulase variants, or active fragments thereof; vectors and/or host cells comprising the polynucleotides encoding said cellulase variants, or active fragments thereof; and methods for making and/or using said cellulase variants, or active fragments thereof and/or compositions containing same; wherein said cellulase variants, or active fragments thereof, have endoglucanase activity.
Solubilization of MSW with blend enzymes
The present invention relates to a method for solubilisation or hydrolysis of Municipal Solid Waste (MSW) with an enzyme blend and an enzyme composition for solubilization of Municipal Solid Waste (MSW), the enzyme composition comprising a cellulolytic background composition and a protease, lipase and/or beta-glucanase.

Disclosed herein is one or more subtilisin variant useful for cleaning applications and in methods of cleaning. One embodiment is directed to one or more subtilisin variant, including one or more Bacillus sp. subtilisin polypeptide variant, and one or more cleaning composition comprising one or more such variant.
CLEANING COMPOSITIONS AND USES THEREOF
The present invention relates to compositions such as cleaning compositions comprising a mix of enzymes. The invention further relates, use of compositions comprising such enzymes in cleaning processes.
Antimicrobial composition having efficacy against endospores
A sporicidal composition has a moderately low pH and includes a glycosidase and the dissocia-tion product of at least one inorganic oxidizing agent. High effective solute concentrations can enhance the efficacy of the composition. The composition can be applied to a surface and allowed to absorb into an endospore, ultimately killing at least some of those bacteria in mature endospore form. Surfaces to be treated include inanimate (hard) surfaces via cleaning and medical devices such as endoscopes, typically via immersion.
DETERGENT COMPOSITION
The present invention concerns a detergent composition, comprising: a) from 2 to 95 wt. %, preferably from 2 to 50 wt. %, more preferably from 2 to 40 wt. % of an organic acid derivative of mono- and di-glycerides of the form:— (I) wherein one or two, of R.sub.1, R.sub.2 and R.sub.3 are independently selected from an acyl group of the formula R.sub.4CO—; where R4 is a linear or branched, saturated or mon-unsaturated C.sub.9 to C.sub.21 alkyl chain; wherein one or two, of R1, R2 and R3 is selected from an organic acid of generic formulation (HOOC).sub.nXCO—; wherein X is saturated or monounsaturated organic group containing 1 to 6 carbon atoms and n=1 to 3; wherein one or none of R.sub.1, R.sub.2 and R.sub.3 is selected from H; and, b) from 0.5 to 25 wt. %, preferably from 1 to 20 wt. %, more preferably from 1 to 10 wt. % of non-ionic surfactant; and to domestic method of treatment of a textile using said composition.
