The present disclosure relates to detergents and cleaning agents, comprising at least one protease and at least one organic compound of formula (I), said compound acting as a protease inhibitor and thus being a suitable enzyme stabilizer, and to the use of said compounds as enzyme stabilizers in protease-containing detergents and cleaning agents. The disclosure further relates to the corresponding washing and cleaning methods and to the use of the agents described herein.

The disclosure is directed to cleaning compositions, methods of making the cleaning compositions, and methods of using the cleaning compositions. The cleaning compositions comprise an enzyme composition, a nonionic surfactant, and a quaternary amine. Preferably, the enzyme compositions included in the cleaning compositions comprise a cellulase, an AA9 polypeptide having cellulolytic enhancing activity, a hemicellulase, an esterase, an expansin, a laccase, a ligninolytic enzyme, a pectinase, a peroxidase, a protease, a swollenin, or a combination or mixture thereof. The compositions are useful for degradation of bacterial cellulose.

Liquid laundry detergent comprising lauryl ether sulfate and bicarbonate/metasilicate mixture

The invention relates to a liquid laundry detergent composition suitable for cleaning textiles. In addition to at least one surfactant the detergent according to the invention comprises at least one water-soluble metasilicate, at least one water-soluble bicarbonate, at least one water-soluble glutamate and at least one polymeric rheology modifier in an aqueous medium. These components form a detergent framework allowing to reduce the amount of surfactant(s) compared to conventional liquid detergents, which is advantageous for economic, safety and environmental reasons, as less surfactants are consumed and subsequently disposed into wastewater to achieve the similar washing/cleaning performance.

The concentrated cleaning composition comprising a nonionic surfactant, fatty acid methyl ester sulfonate, fatty acid soap, one or a plurality of enzymes, and a solvent system. The cleaning composition is compatible with polyvinyl alcohol film. The unit dose packet includes the concentrated laundry cleaning composition disposed in a single chamber, dual chamber, or multi-chamber unit dose packet having a total weight of the concentrated cleaning composition of from 15 grams to 30 grams.
