Polypeptides having DNase activity
The present invention provides polypeptides having DNase activity and polynucleotides encoding the polypeptides. The invention also provides nucleic acid constructs, vectors, and host cells comprising the polynucleotides as well as methods of producing and using the polypeptides.
Enzymatic reaction medium containing surfactant
The present invention is directed to aqueous reaction mixtures for enzymatic synthesis reactions comprising a surfactant. The surfactant in the reaction mixture increases stability and yield of the enzymatic reaction. Furthermore, method for performing an enzymatic reaction using said aqueous reaction mixtures are provided.
Compositions comprising cellulase with quaternary ammonium compounds
The disclosure is directed to cleaning compositions, methods of making the cleaning compositions, and methods of using the cleaning compositions. The cleaning compositions comprise an enzyme composition, a nonionic surfactant having an HLB between 10 and 22, and a quaternary amine. Preferably, the enzyme compositions included in the cleaning compositions comprise a cellulase, an AA9 polypeptide having cellulolytic enhancing activity, a hemicellulase, an esterase, an expansin, a laccase, a ligninolytic enzyme, a pectinase, a peroxidase, a protease, a swollenin, or a combination or mixture thereof. The compositions are useful for degradation of bacterial cellulose.
STABILIZED CELLULASE VARIANTS
Disclosed is variants of a cellulase having improved stability in the presence of a protease, and the use of such variants in laundry.
Cleaning Compositions comprising Enzymes
The present invention relates to compositions, methods and use of a mixture of enzymes having DNase activity and an enzyme having hexosaminidase activity.
Detergent compositions containing a stabilized enzyme by phosphonates
Detergent compositions that contain an enzyme, alkaline source, and phosphonate or amine phosphonate salt are described here. A use solution of the detergent compositions containing disclosed phosphonates can retain its enzyme activity for an extended period of time. Specifically, one specific type of phosphonates and another specific type of amine phosphonate salts were discovered to stabilize enzymes in detergent compositions. Solid detergent compositions that contain disclosed phosphonate or amine phosphonate salts are more effective to remove soils and can save production and use costs.
Detergent Compositions and Uses Thereof
The present invention relates to polypeptides having hexosaminidase activity, and polynucleotides encoding the polypeptides. The invention also relates to nucleic acid constructs, vectors, and host cells comprising the polynucleotides as well as methods of producing and using the polypeptides.
Stable enzyme solutions and method of manufacturing
The invention relates to the stabilization during storage of enzymes comprised in liquid detergent compositions.
ALPHA-AMYLASE VARIANTS AND POLYNUCLEOTIDES ENCODING SAME
The present invention relates to alpha-amylase variants. The present invention also relates to polynucleotides encoding the variants; nucleic acid constructs, vectors, and host cells comprising the polynucleotides; and methods of using the variants.
Cleaning compositions comprising enzymes
The present invention relates to compositions, methods and use of a mixture of enzymes having DNase activity and an enzyme having hexosaminidase activity.
