Caustic-free detergent compositions are provided. Detergent compositions including an aminocarboxylate, water conditioning agent, non-caustic source of alkalinity and water beneficially do not require the use of additional surfactants and/or polymers to provide suitable detergency and prevent scale build-up on treated surfaces. The detergent compositions are used with a sanitizer to employ the caustic-free detergent compositions are particularly suitable for use as low temperature ware wash detergents that beneficially reduce scale build-up. Methods of employing the caustic-free detergent compositions are also provided.

Some ambient moisture-activatable surface treatment powders are substantially free of bleach activators and/or chlorine. Methods of use of ambient moisture activatable powders include applying them to the surfaces to be treated.

Cleaning Agent for Removal of Soldering Flux
A composition effective for removing solder fluxes either as a concentrated material or when diluted with water. The composition is effective in removing all types of solder fluxes including rosin type, resin type, no-clean, low residue, lead-free, organic acid and water soluble soldering fluxes. The composition comprises isopropylidene glycerol and an alkali and has a pH of greater than 7.5. The composition may contain additional optional solvents and additives to enhance cleaning of articles or to impart other properties to the composition. The composition can be contacted with a surface to be cleaned in a number of ways and under a number of conditions depending on the manufacturing or processing variables present.

The composition is effective in removing all types of solder fluxes including rosin type, resin type, no-clean, low residue, lead-free, organic acid and water soluble soldering fluxes. The composition comprises isopropylidene glycerol and an alkali and has a pH of greater than 7.5. The composition may contain additional optional solvents and additives to enhance cleaning of articles or to impart other properties to the composition. The composition can be contacted with a surface to be cleaned in a number of ways and under a number of conditions depending on the manufacturing or processing variables present.

Methods of employing the low alkaline detergent compositions are also provided.

ADDITIVE FOR AUTOMATIC DISHWASHING CYCLE, COMPOSITION, USE AND METHOD OF PREVENTING CORROSIN OF ALUMINIUM
The invention relates to a dishwashing additive or detergent composition comprising a silicate source and a ring-containing organic acid; wherein the additive composition comprises between 20 mg and 5000 mg of silicate source and/or between 50 mg and 10,000 mg of ring-containing organic acid compound; and wherein the composition comprises a ratio of between 1 part silicate source to 4 parts ring-containing organic acid compound and 4 parts silicate source to 1 part ring-containing organic acid compound. The composition provides aluminium and aluminium alloy protection benefits. The invention further relates to packages and devices containing the compositions and to methods of washing dishes in an automatic dishwasher using the compositions.
CLEANING COMPOSITION
Novel cleaning compositions, usable for removing a cured support material from a printed object obtained by additive manufacturing such as 3D inkjet printing are provided. The cleaning compositions are aqueous alkaline compositions containing a combination of two alkaline substances: an alkali metal hydroxide and an alkali metal silicate, each at a concentration of no more than 3 weight percents of the total weight of the composition. The cleaning compositions are characterized by high and constant dissolution rate, and are particularly useful for removing a cured support material that includes cross-linked polymeric chains such as cross-linked polyacrylate chains. Kits comprising the alkaline substances, and methods of fabricating a three-dimensional model object which utilize the cleaning compositions or the kits, and a three-dimensional model object fabricated thereby, are also provided.
