A liquid composition according to one embodiment of the present invention contains 0.0001 mol % to 40 mol % (Z)-1,2-dichloro-3,3,3-trifluoropropene (1223Z) and 99.9999 mol % to 60 mol % (E)-1,2-dichloro-ethylene (t-DCE).
