A program causes a computer to perform processing of: acquiring an endoscopic image obtained by capturing a subject using an endoscope; extracting region-of-interest information from the acquired endoscopic image; acquiring a three-dimensional medical image obtained by capturing an inside of a body of the subject using at least one of X-ray CT, X-ray cone beam CT, MRI-CT, and an ultrasonic diagnostic device; deriving position information in a coordinate system of the three-dimensional medical image specified by the region-of-interest information and the three-dimensional medical image; and storing the region-of-interest information and the three-dimensional medical image in association with each other based on the derived position information and a capturing time point of each of the endoscopic image and the three-dimensional medical image.

Local display of tissue parameter stabilization

A powered surgical stapling assembly comprising a motor, an end effector, a sensor, a display, and a control circuit is disclosed. The end effector comprises a first jaw and a second jaw movable relative to the first jaw. The end effector is configured to clamp tissue between the first jaw and the second jaw. The sensor is configured to measure a parameter of the tissue clamped within the end effector. The control circuit is configured to monitor the parameter sensed by the sensor and identify when the monitored parameter stabilizes within a stabilization range. The monitored parameter is considered stable when a rate at which the monitored parameter changes falls below a predetermine threshold rate of change. The control circuit is further configured to display to a user when the parameter stabilizes.

Biological information analysis device, biological information analysis system, program, and biological information analysis method

A biological information analyzing device includes: an indicator extraction unit that extracts an indicator pertaining to a characteristic of a blood pressure waveform using data of the blood pressure waveform obtained by a sensor, which is worn on a user's body and can non-invasively measure the blood pressure waveform for each of heartbeats, continuously measuring the blood pressure waveform; and a processing unit that carries out a process based on the extracted indicator.

METHODS FOR DETECTING MICROORGANISMS AND STERILIZING PATHOGENS

A method comprising a wearable device which consists of a smart band and a display unit. The smart band comprises a microbial biosensor, a particulate matter sensor, an enviro sensor, a single board computer, a power supply unit, a band fastener, and a set of watch adapters. The microbial biosensor detects, measures, and monitors beneficial microorganisms and pathogens in a nasal cavity, an oral cavity, or on a surface. The microbial biosensor sterilizer kills pathogens. The particulate matter sensor detects, measures, and monitors a set of suspended particles in the surrounding air comprising beneficial microorganisms, pathogens, pollen grains, dust mite allergens, and an air quality index. The particulate matter sensor sterilizer kills pathogens. The enviro sensor detects, monitors, and measures environmental conditions surrounding the user.

WETNESS DETECTOR WITH INTEGRATED INERTIAL MEASUREMENT UNIT CONFIGURED FOR USE IN A DIALYSIS SYSTEM
20230149611 · 2023-05-18 ·

A detector assembly configured for use in a dialysis (e.g., a hemodialysis) system is disclosed herein. The detector assembly including a wetness detector configured to detect blood, fluid, a leak, etc. The detector assembly being operatively coupled to, and more preferably, including an inertial measurement unit (IMU). Thus arranged, the detector assembly is configured to measure, read, obtain, provide, etc. additional information or data during a dialysis treatment, which information or data can be transmitted and/or used to, for example, provide greater insight into the system and/or to make better decisions. In one embodiment, the detector assembly can be used to determine when and how a patient is moving and feed that information back to the dialysis machine. In use, the information or data can be used in combination with other information to make an improved determination as to the requirement for an alert and/or stoppage of the dialysis treatment.

Ear device for heat stroke detection

A method is presented for predicting heat stroke of a subject. The method includes an earbud covered with a waterproof moisture permeable membrane allowing for moisture penetration, the earbud including an infrared (IR) temperature sensor for measuring core body temperature of the subject, wherein the IR temperature sensor is covered with a waterproof IR transmittable film to inhibit water drops from contacting a detector of the IR temperature sensor, a first humidity sensor positioned within a sweat flow path within the earbud, a second humidity sensor positioned outside the earbud, and a sodium ion (Na.sup.+) concentration sensor for measuring hydration levels of the subject.
