Oral treatment device, system and method
An oral treatment device that emits electromagnetic radiation onto surfaces of a user's teeth. The oral treatment device may include an intraoral mouthpiece and a handle extending therefrom, the handle containing the control circuitry required for operation of the device. The mouthpiece may include a lamp support structure, a lamp, a lens plate, and a guard component. The lamp may include an electromagnetic radiation source that includes a flexible sheet and a plurality of illumination elements located thereon. The illumination elements may be light emitting diodes printed with an electrically conductive. Additional electronic components such as a processor and a power source may also be included in the device.
DENTAL AND MEDICAL LOUPE SYSTEM FOR LIGHTING CONTROL, STREAMING, AND AUGMENTED REALITY ASSISTED PROCEDURES
In various examples, a dental and medical loupe system for lighting control, streaming, and augmented reality (AR) assisted procedures is provided. Facial recognition algorithms and/or inertial measurement unit (IMU) sensors may be used to determine when a light disposed on eye-glasses of a wearer should be activated. As a result, instead of requiring a medical practitioner to manually turn on and off the light source, facial recognition may be used to determine when the dentist is looking toward a face of a patient, and to turn on the light when a face is present and off when a face is not present. In addition, some examples leverage augmented reality (AR) functionality to overlay patient and procedure information on one or more lenses of eye-glasses worn by a practitioner to allow for an un-occluded view of the actual location where the procedure is being performed.
DENTAL HANDPIECE DEVICE
To provide a dental handpiece device that can suppress a case where a drilled face is in a blind spot, and thus cannot be observed, this dental handpiece device includes: a dental handpiece main body; and a dental handpiece imaging device with which the dental handpiece main body is equipped, wherein the dental handpiece imaging device includes: a plurality of camera modules each of which takes an image, to convert the image, which is taken, to an electric signal; and a processing means that receives the electric signal from each of the camera modules, to calculate for generating an image based on the electric signal, and to switch a display of the image, which is taken by each of the camera modules.

Lighting device with protective light management
A light management device comprising a protective light cap or cover is disclosed that provides for the blockage or allowance of designated wavelengths from being inadvertently being viewed by persons or being projected onto an external surface. The protective light cap or cover is pivotable connected to a lighting source to allow the cap to be positioned over the light source and moved away from the light source. The protective light cap is retained in an open position that allows the light source to be viewed, by one of a magnetic catch or a physical catch.
Dental syringe tip devices, systems and methods
A dental syringe tip system for attachment to a dental syringe. The dental syringe tip system can include components such as an outer core, an inner core, and a carrier which can be combined in a multitude of combinations to achieve different fluid flow characteristics, such as discharge pressure and discharge pattern, through the dental syringe tip. The outer core and inner core can have passages designed to modify fluid flow characteristics. In addition, the outer core and inner core can have additional connectors for receiving fluids from sources other than a dental syringe. Some or all of the components can be separate to be assembled by a manufacturer or an end-user. Assembly of multiple components can be facilitated by retention features located on the components.
Light diffuser for oral cleansing devices
The present disclosure relates to an oral cleansing device with illumination features. In one example, a diffuser for diffusing light is disclosed. The diffuser includes a first membrane configured to be positioned over a first light source, a second membrane coupled to the first membrane and configured to be positioned over a second light source; and a bridge coupling the first membrane to the second membrane, where the bridge extends from an edge of the first membrane to an edge of the second membrane in an indirect manner.
METHODS AND SYSTEMS FOR GENERATING COLOR IMAGES OF INTRAORAL CAVITIES
Systems for generating in-focus color images are provided. Related methods and devices are also provided.
Light curing dental system
A light curing dental system comprising a light emitting tray that precisely distributes an optimal amount of curing light energy to internal, external and extra oral portions of the dental arch to cure a dental material. The light curing dental system generally includes a light source, a light emitting dental tray, an activation module and a photocurable dental material.
