LIVE FISH PROCESSING SYSTEM, AND ASSOCIATED METHODS
A fish handling unit for processing live fish is provided. Such fish handling unit includes an inspection system configured to inspect a plurality of live fish. A conveyor assembly transports the live fish to the inspection system. At least one robotic cell is in communication with the inspection system. The robotic cell has a controller configured to control operation thereof. An end effector is operably engaged with the robotic cell. The end effector interacts with the live fish moving along the conveyor assembly, based on information determined by the inspection system and received by the controller. The end effector may optionally be an integrated gripper and injection assembly capable of orientation and injection of the live fish. Associated devices and methods are also provided.

APPARATUS FOR PROCESSING AND GRADING FOOD ARTICLES AND RELATED METHODS
This disclosure concerns methods for processing and grading food articles including x-raying the food articles a first time and taking a 3D image of the food articles.
SENSOR ARRANGEMENT
The present invention relates to a sensor arrangement for a food processing machine having at least processing tool reversibly performing a working movement, the sensor arrangement being provided for monitoring the at least one processing tool. The sensor arrangement includes at least one evaluation unit and at least one sensor unit. The sensor assembly is adapted to be connected to at least one further sensor unit such that the at least one evaluation unit and the at least two sensor units are arranged in series. The present invention further relates to a food processing machine which comprises at least one processing tool reversibly performing a working movement, a hold-down device for holding down a food product to be processed, and at least one sensor arrangement which is associated with the hold-down device as well as to a hold-down device for holding down a food product to be processed in a food processing machine, which includes at least one sensor arrangement which is associated with the hold-down device.
In-feeding and object release apparatus
The present invention relates to a method and a device for individual feeding of fish into a processing line. Such method and device may, for instance, be used for receiving, gilling and gutting freshly caught fish in a processing line on board a fishing vessel. For instance, the in-feeding apparatus and method may be used to increase the value of the fish by speeding up the time until the fish is chilled for storing.

Fish processing device
A fish processing device and method of use, the device including: a channel; a sensor located within or adjacent to the channel; a barrier, the barrier to assist in preventing a fish passing through the channel; and a control system, wherein the control system controls the barrier in response to an output of the sensor. The method including the steps of: detecting that a fish is incorrectly orientated in a channel; and controlling a barrier to assist in preventing the fish from passing through the channel.
