STORAGE STABLE TWO-COMPONENT DUAL CURE DENTAL COMPOSITION
The invention relates to a two-part dual cure dental composition with improved stability toward discoloration and premature polymerization. The dental composition comprises a Base Part and a Catalyst Part, the Base Part comprising polymerizable component(s) without an acidic moiety, optionally polymerizable component(s) with an acidic moiety, filler(s), transition metal component(s), peroxide component(s), stabilizer component(s) comprising a free-radical moiety, the Catalyst Part comprising polymerizable component(s) without an acidic moiety, filler(s), ascorbic acid component, photo-initiator system, stabilizer component(s) comprising a phosphite or sulfite moiety. The dental composition is in particular useful as bulk fill dental composite, dental resin cement, core build-up dental material or self- and dual cure dental adhesive. The invention further relates to an initiator system and the use of a stabilizer comprising a free-radical moiety.

APPLICATION DEVICE AND METHOD FOR PRODUCING AN APPLICATION DEVICE
An application device for dental compounds includes a housing and an application tool. The housing includes an application channel extending through the housing and an application channel inlet port and an application channel outlet, the application channel outlet being in fluid connection with the application tool. The application device includes a connection section distinct from the housing, the connection section including a connection channel having a connection channel inlet port and a connection channel outlet port. The connection section includes a connecting element arranged at the connection channel inlet port, the connecting element being configured to be connected to an outlet port of a discharging device. The connection channel outlet port is configured to be sealingly connected to the application channel inlet port to build a discharging channel extending from the connection channel inlet port to the application channel outlet.

A Self-Resealing Magnet Closure
A syringe for dispensing a flowable material. The syringe has a cartridge with a cartridge front end and at least a first dispensing nozzle arranged at the cartridge front end. The syringe further has closure for openably closing the first dispensing nozzle. The closure includes a cap and at least a first seal. The cap is telescopically placeable on the cartridge front end. The closure or the cartridge has a first magnet for establishing a magnetic attraction between the closure and the cartridge. In a situation in which the closure is placed on the cartridge front end, the closure and the cartridge can be positioned in a sealing position in which the first seal spaces the cap and the cartridge front end away from each other against a magnetic attraction that urges the cap and the cartridge toward each other.
