The implant core portion may extend from a first surface of the body to a second surface of the body at a first tapered angle. The extension portion/s may extend from the first surface of the body to the third and fourth surface of the body at a second and third tapered angle. The attachment member may be attached to the first surface of the body and configured to attach a prosthetic to the body.
