STEREOLITHOGRAPHIC METHOD AND COMPOSITION
The invention concerns a method for producing a three-dimensional object, in particular an artificial tooth, by stereolithography wherein a liquid photocurable resin composition is cured by light. Said photocurable resin composition contains, based on the total weight of the photocurable resin composition, (i) from 90 to 99.9% by weight of a radical polymerizable organic compound (A) selected from radical polymerizable monomers, oligomers, pre-polymers and mixtures thereof; and (ii) from 0.1 to 10% by weight of a photosensitive radical polymerization initiator (B). Said radical polymerizable organic compound (A) comprises, based on the weight of the radical polymerizable organic compound (A), from 0.5 to 20% by weight of a polyrotaxane compound comprising a polymer chain selected from polyethylene glycol (PEG), polypropylene glycol (PPG), polyethylene glycol-polypropylene glycol (PEG-PPG) block copolymer or polydimethylsiloxane (PDMS), onto which the cyclodextrin ring(s) is/are slipped and wherein the cyclodextrin is derivatized with at least a radical polymerizable group. The invention also concerns a relative liquid photocurable resin composition and articles produced thereby.

ARTIFICIAL TEETH
A set of artificial teeth for a denture comprises a maxillary unit and a mandibular unit. When set up in lingualised occlusion, at least one of following occurs: the palatal cusp of the upper 4 (1) fits into the distal fossa of the lower 4 (6), the palatal cusp of the upper 5 (2) fits into the distal fossa of the lower 5 (7), the mesial palatal cusp of the upper 6 (3) fits into the central fossa of the lower 6 (8), the distal palatal cusp of the upper 6 (4) fits onto the marginal ridge of the lower 6 (9) and the mesial palatal cusp of the upper 7 (5) fits into the central fossa of the lower 7 (10). The buccal cusps of the lower teeth are out of contact with the upper teeth, such that the cusp/fossa dimensions and relationships of the teeth concerned enable the occlusal scheme for the teeth to be changed from lingualised to balanced occlusion simply by softening the wax or resin under the upper posterior teeth and rotating the upper buccal cusps downwards around the said palatal cusps on the upper teeth with such palatal cusps still substantially remaining within the centric stops of the lowers.

METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING DENTAL PROSTHESIS
An object of the present invention is to provide a method for manufacturing a dental prosthesis capable of properly arranging a dental reinforcement when a dental prosthesis made of resin where the dental reinforcement is arranged is manufactured. The method includes turning information on an intraoral shape into data: designing, in a form of data, a shape of a resin body that is a part formed of resin based on the data; designing, in the form of data, a position of a dental reinforcement that is to be arranged inside the resin body; and forming, in the form of data, a space and an opening that communicates with an outside in the position in the resin body where the dental reinforcement are to be arranged, based on the position, to design a resin body with an opening.

A Method of Making Dental Articles
A method of making an article having a desired color, the method comprising the steps of: (a) providing a color array, said array comprising a plurality of distinct color points, each color point being independently composed of a resin mixture comprising one or more masterbatch resins; (b) comparing the desired color with the color points on the color array and selecting a color point that substantially corresponds to the desired color of the article; (c) identifying the resin mixture corresponding to said selected color point; and (d) making the article using said identified resin mixture.
