Method for producing surface-treated colored inorganic particles
The present invention provides a method that enables production of a surface-treated colored inorganic particle with which the desired color tone can be consistently reproduced as intended with no variation occurring in the color tone of the compositions produced with the particle, within each production and over multiple production runs. The invention relates to a method for producing a surface-treated colored inorganic particle, comprising spray drying a mixture of a dispersion [I] and a solution [II], wherein the dispersion [I] is a dispersion of inorganic particles having an average particle diameter of 0.005 to 5 μm dispersed in a solvent with a pigment, and the solution [II] is a solution of a surface treatment agent hydrolyzed in the presence of a hydrolysis aid.

Dental curable composition
A dental curable composition which comprises a radically polymerizable monomer component (A), a polymerizing catalyst (B) and an inorganic granular material (C), characterized in that: the radically polymerizable monomer component (A) contains a bifunctional monomer (A-1) represented by the following formula (α),
R.sub.P—SP.sup.1—R.sub.P (α) where, R.sub.P is a radically polymerizable group represented by CH.sub.2═C(R)—COO— or CH.sub.2═C(R)—CONH—, wherein R is a hydrogen atom or a hydrocarbon group having 1 to 3 carbon atoms, and SP.sup.1 is a hydrocarbon group having 5 to 15 carbon atoms, and the content of the bifunctional monomer (A-1) in the radically polymerizable monomer component (A) is 5 to 40% by mass under a condition that the content of a diluting monomer (A-2) represented by the following formula (β),
R.sub.P—SP.sup.2—R.sub.P (β) where, R.sub.P is as defined in the above formula (α), and SP.sup.2 is an aliphatic hydrocarbon group different from SP.sup.1, an oxygen-containing aliphatic hydrocarbon group having not less than 2 oxygen atoms, or an oxygen-containing aromatic hydrocarbon group having not less than 3 oxygen atoms,
is zero or not more than 10% by mass.
PLATE DENTURE MANUFACTURING METHOD, DENTURE MOLD, AND PLATE DENTURE MANUFACTURING KIT
A plate denture manufacturing method includes preparing three-dimensional data for an artificial tooth impression and a plate denture, preparing a denture mold including a bottom wall, a side wall, a forming space which is surrounded by the bottom wall and the side wall and into which a denture base material is to be poured, a cutting target region to be cut by a cutting apparatus, and vent holes passing through the bottom wall, cutting a groove in the cutting target region using the cutting apparatus, placing the denture mold on a holder, placing an artificial tooth in the groove, pouring the denture base material into the forming space and curing the denture base material so as to fabricate a one-piece product including the denture mold, the artificial tooth, and a cured product of the denture base material that are integral with each other, and machining the cured product.

Dental Materials For The Production Of Temporary Crowns And Bridges
Radically polymerizable dental material, which includes a combination of at least three thiourea derivatives, a hydroperoxide and preferably a transition metal compound as initiator system for the radical polymerization.
Device and method for progressively building up an object from a light hardenable material
A device for progressively building up an object from a light hardenable material. The device has a perforated build platform for the object. The build platform forms a build surface that faces a light source. The build platform and the light source are positionable relative to each other by computer control. The device is further configured for supplying the light hardenable material through the perforation of the build platform for building up the object. The invention enables the making of colored objects by stereolithography.
