Bone-mounted dental arch veneers and methods for fabricating and utilizing the same
Bone-secured dental arch veneers and methods for fabricating and utilizing the same. The dental arch veneers include a veneer assembly having one or more tooth veneers and a support structure configured to support the tooth veneer(s). The dental arch veneers also include a coupling structure configured to interconnect the veneer assembly to a bone mount that is anchored along a user's maxilla or mandible. The coupling structure also is configured to permit the veneer assembly to be selectively and repeatedly interconnected with and disconnected from the bone mount. The methods include determining a target region within the user's mouth, obtaining a representation of the target region, manipulating the representation to create a desired arrangement of the user's teeth within the target region, determining anchoring positions proximate the target region for anchoring the bone mount, and forming the dental arch veneer based on the anchoring positions and the desired arrangement.
COSMETIC DENTAL STRUCTURE AND METHOD OF FABRICATION THEREOF
A removable cosmetic dental structure and a method of fabricating the removable cosmetic dental structure is provided. The removable cosmetic dental structure includes a removable veneer body, having a front side and a rear side, sized to cover at least a portion of a facial surface of a tooth structure. The front side of the removable veneer body is shaped to resemble a tooth surface and the rear side of the removable veneer body covers the facial surface of the tooth structure. The removable cosmetic dental structure further includes one or more magnetic layers integrated on the rear side of the removable veneer body. The magnetic layers are configured to hold the removable veneer body to the facial surface of the tooth structure.

METHOD FOR DENTURE ATTACHMENT
A method for positioning a tissue-implanted magnetic member in an edentulous ridge of a patient and positioning a corresponding magnetic member in a removable prosthesis. The method includes forming an incision into an edentulous ridge based on a first set of markings on a mucosa surface; positioning a first magnetic member into the incision; forming a divot into an intaglio surface of a denture based on a second set of markings; and positioning the second magnetic member into the formed divot. Furthermore, a piercing tool assembly is provided for making an incision in positioning a tissue-implanted magnetic member in an edentulous ridge.

OVERDENTURE WITH HORIZONTAL IMPLANT
Apparatus is provided for overdenture with horizontal implant. The apparatus presented comprises an overdenture and a horizontal implant. The horizontal implant is surgically implanted onto the patient's maxilla or mandible, typically on the outside of the bone. The overdenture and the horizontal implant have attachment components which couple together to attach the overdenture to the horizontal implant. The attachment components may comprise ball-and-socket attachments, with the ball components affixed to the overdenture and the socket components affixed to the horizontal implants. The present invention solves problems with currently available dental implants and overdentures.
