Fixed detachable dental attachment device, assembly and methods of using the same
A fixed, detachable dental attachment device has a cap for securing a dental appliance, a ring, and an abutment to attachment to a tooth root or implant. Also described herein are methods of securing a dental appliance in a subject's mouth by means of the dental attachment device. Further described herein is a dental attachment device for immediate load on a provisional denture and then incorporated into the final restoration.
DENTURE ATTACHMENT
The present invention relates generally to a denture attachment. More particularly, the present invention relates to a denture attachment, wherein a user can detachably fasten a first fastening part coupled to a denture to a second fastening part placed on top of a natural tooth's root or implant fixture by a simple operation, and furthermore, even when occlusal force is continuously applied to the denture, the applied force can be buffered by an elastic rib structure of the attachment itself. Consequently, it is possible to extend not only lifespan of the attachment, but also lifespan of the implant fixture or natural tooth's root, and to provide superior performance with a significantly smaller volume than existing attachments, while providing excellent durability.
Dental technology kit
A dental technology kit for coupling a dental prosthesis to a bone tissue includes at least one shell that defines a compartment that can be associated with a protruding head of a pin that can be anchored, directly or indirectly, to the bone tissue. The kit further includes at least one containment unit, which can be stably inserted into a complementarily-shaped recess that can be provided in the prosthesis, and an intermediate container defining internally a receptacle of shape at least partially complementary to the shell. The container is accommodatable in an at least partially complementarily-shaped chamber provided in the containment unit until a mating configuration is defined, in which at least one curved surface hump of the container, accommodated in the chamber, is arranged in contact with at least one complementarily-shaped curved surface region of the unit.
DENTAL ATTACHMENT ASSEMBLY CAP AND METHOD OF USE
A dental attachment assembly and method anchors a dental appliance with an implant and has an abutment member attached to the implant, a retention member in releasable snap engagement with the abutment member, and a cap secured in a recess of the dental appliance and in releasable swivel engagement with the retention member to position and secure the dental appliance onto the implant. The cap includes a cavity with a rounded, concave inner surface which engages with the retention member, an interior top surface of the cavity with a concave recess extending radially along an outer periphery of the interior top surface of the cavity to allow for rotation of the retention member within the cap. A central portion of the interior top surface of the cavity surrounded by the concave recess therefore protrudes vertically into the cavity to minimize vertical displacement of the retention member as it rotates.
Bone-mounted dental arch veneers and methods for fabricating and utilizing the same
Bone-secured dental arch veneers and methods for fabricating and utilizing the same. The dental arch veneers include a veneer assembly having one or more tooth veneers and a support structure configured to support the tooth veneer(s). The dental arch veneers also include a coupling structure configured to interconnect the veneer assembly to a bone mount that is anchored along a user's maxilla or mandible. The coupling structure also is configured to permit the veneer assembly to be selectively and repeatedly interconnected with and disconnected from the bone mount. The methods include determining a target region within the user's mouth, obtaining a representation of the target region, manipulating the representation to create a desired arrangement of the user's teeth within the target region, determining anchoring positions proximate the target region for anchoring the bone mount, and forming the dental arch veneer based on the anchoring positions and the desired arrangement.
Dental implant
The present invention provides a dental implant including: a fixture and an abutment including a coupling leg, and the fixture and the abutment are elastically coupled with each other, the dental implant including: a fixture axial hole inner inclined surface in which an inner diameter of an axial hole is gradually and downwardly reduced from a predetermined position of an inner inclined surface of the fixture; a first coupling part formed with a coupling hole at a predetermined position of the fixture; and a first associated coupling part formed with a coupling protrusion complementarily coupled with the first coupling part, wherein when the first associated coupling part is separated from the first coupling part by rotating the abutment, the coupling protrusion upwardly pushes the abutment from the fixture by elastic repulsion with the axial hole inner inclined surface of the fixture, thus the abutment becomes separated from the fixture.

Temporary abutment with combination of scanning features and provisionalization features
A lower region of a temporary abutment includes an anti-rotational feature for non-rotationally mating with a dental implant. An upper region of the temporary abutment includes a first anti-rotational structure and at least one retention groove. A top surface of the temporary abutment includes one or more informational markers that provide information concerning the dental implant. A temporary abutment cap is configured to be coupled to the upper region of the temporary abutment. The temporary abutment cap has at least one projection configured to mate with the at least one retention groove of the temporary abutment. The temporary abutment cap has a second anti-rotational structure that is configured to slidably engage the first anti-rotational structure of the temporary abutment. The temporary abutment cap is configured to be coupled with a temporary prosthesis such that the temporary prosthesis and the temporary abutment cap are removable from the temporary abutment.
GINGIVA FORMER, BITE SUPPORT AND DENTAL HEALING SYSTEM
A gingiva former (1) comprises an implant fixing structure (11) configured to fix the gingiva former (1) to an implant construction fixed to a jaw of a patient, and an emergence profile portion (12) configured to be positioned within a gingiva of the patient when the gingiva former (1) is mounted to the implant construction. It further comprises a mounting structure (13) configured to connect an intermediate element to the gingiva former (1) such that the intermediate element extends towards an oral cavity of the patient when the gingiva former (1) is mounted to the implant construction. The mounting structure (13) has a clipping geometry (131) configured to snap-fit with a corresponding clipping structure of the intermediate element to temporarily mount the intermediate element to the gingiva former (1).
Dental implant attachment system in screw-retained configuration for implant-supported and implant-retained removable dentures and method of use
A dental implant attachment system for implant-supported and implant-retained type removable dentures and a method of use is described. The dental attachment system comprises a female component embedded in the body of a denture on a fitting surface for lock up and a male component usually connected to a dental implant and use mechanism of the snap on coupling engageable formation movement with non-static friction by pressing female component onto the male component. The male and female components have a semi-elliptical parabolic or dome shape with a tunnel shape or inverted U shape lockers and antirotating thorns. The novel use of geometrical shapes for the mating surfaces of dental attachment system components prevents distortion and improves the mating movement with non-static friction.
