Denture retaining bar and system
A denture retaining system and a denture bar constructed to be affixed in a human mouth, the denture bar including a distal end, lingual-side surface, vestibular-side surface, bone-facing surface and superstructure-facing surface opposite the bone-facing surface. The bone-facing surface at the distal end is relieved from the superstructure-facing surface at the distal end by an angle of between 10 and 25 relative to an axis perpendicular to a longitudinal plane passing through the lingual side and vestibular side surfaces of the denture bar. The system also includes an overdenture superstructure having a distal surface that substantially conformingly mates to the denture bar distal end when the overdenture superstructure is positioned against the denture bar superstructure-facing surface, and is coupled to the denture bar by at least one attachment element located at a position to an anterior side of a first molar position.

CONNECTION DEVICE AND CONNECTION SYSTEM FOR DENTAL RECONSTRUCTION ON AN IMPLANT, DENTAL RECONSTRUCTION ON AN IMPLANT, AND METHOD FOR PERFORMING DENTAL RECONSTRUCTION ON AN IMPLANT
A dental reconstruction includes a connection device with a first end bearing on an anchor and a second end supporting a prosthesis. The cross section decreases between the first end and the second end. The connection device defines a through-hole and an abutment. A fastening screw screws into an internally threaded portion of the anchor in order to fasten the connection device. A blocker has a cross section that increases upon insertion of the fastening screw into the through-hole. The blocker fits into a groove of the prosthesis covering the connection device. The screw head has a circular section bearing on the blocker in order to deform the blocker and fit the blocker into the groove of the prosthesis.
Implant abutment
Provided are related to implant abutments. The implant abutment that is coupled to a fixture that becomes an artificial tooth root by being implanted to an alveolar bone, the implant abutment includes: a main body; a first rotating member that is coupled to the main body to be able to rotate with respect to a first rotational axis, includes a first gear portion on an end portion thereof, and includes a male screw portion that is formed on the other end portion thereof to be screw coupled to the fixture; and a second rotating member that is coupled to the main body to be able to rotate with respect to a second rotational axis which crosses the first rotational axis, and includes a second gear portion that is formed on the other end portion thereof to form a bevel gear structure by being coupled to the first gear portion. The implant abutment that can readily ensure a space for coupling work of a fixture in an oral cavity of a patient since a coupling tool, such as a hex screwdriver can be readily placed in a horizontal direction which intersects the direction of implanting the fixture.
