System for connecting a dental restoration to a dental implant
10993787 · 2021-05-04 · ·

An abutment arrangement for connecting a dental restoration to a dental implant, including a post body and a screw element. The post body has an expansion part and the screw element includes a spreading section. The passage extends through the expansion part of the post body. An outer diameter of the expansion part of the post body is elastically increasable by applying a lateral force. The passage of the post body has a pressure receiving section at the expansion part. When the screw element is located in the passage of the post body, the spreading section of the screw element is arrangeable at the pressure receiving section of the passage of the post body such that the lateral force is applied to the expansion part of the post body and the outer diameter of the expansion part of the post body is increased.

Intraradicular anchor pin

The invention relates to an odontological biomaterial called “ANCLA Post”. The post is used as a reconstruction means in anterior and posterior teeth, the cylindrical, conical design of the extension and anchor-shaped design of the apical end allowing forces to be adequately distributed to prevent the fracturing of the tooth and to keep same repairable and usable for a long time. The post is characterized in that it is made of fiberglass, resin or polymer, and is white and radiopaque.

WIRE MESH COMPOSITE PROSTHESIS

The invention relates to the field of dentistry. The present invention according to the first aspect provides a lightweight, durable monolithic bend-resistant dental prosthesis intended to eliminate of tooth defects, such as missing coronal portion at the gumline, 2 mm above the gumline and below the gumline which comprises a double coronal-root reinforcing, supporting part and a dental restorative material part. The dental restorative material part encapsulates the coronal part of the double coronal-root reinforcing, supporting part. The double coronal-root reinforcing, supporting part comprises at least one expanding frame and a mesh coronal-root frame positioned in the root and coronal parts of the double coronal-root reinforcing, supporting part. The at least one expanding frame comprises a plurality of wires, and the at least one expanding frame is directed by its wider part to an end part of the dental restorative material part far from the root part of the double coronal-root reinforcing, supporting part.

Indirect atraumatic method for restoring teeth decayed/fractured below the gum line

The invention relates to the field of dentistry and is intended for restoration/reconstruction of teeth decayed/fractured below the gum line using reinforcement technology of composite materials. The indirect atraumatic method for restoration/reconstruction of teeth decayed/fractured below the gum line comprises using a metal mesh-reinforced composite (MMC) dental prosthesis according to M. L. Melikyan, which is made by a laboratory method using gypsum models. The metal mesh-reinforced composite (MMC) dental prosthesis is comprised of a flexible crown-root wire pin and reinforcing crown-root frame assembly made from a mesh and free mesh wires. The walls of the crown part of the dental prosthesis are formed from a composite material. The proposed technology makes it possible to allow for the residual effects of polymerization shrinkage of the composite material during production of the metal mesh-reinforced composite (MMC) dental prosthesis and to ensure the quality of grinding and polishing of the crown part of the prosthesis, and, consequently, to increase the stability and durability of the restoration/reconstruction of the restored tooth.
