CROWN AND ROOT DENTAL RESTORATION, METHOD FOR PERFORMING ONE SUCH RESTORATION AND METHOD FOR ETCHING ONE SUCH DENTAL RESTORATION
A method for performing crown and root restoration on a laboratory model that includes making an impression of the pulp chamber to form the crown part of the restoration, at least one stopped root canal opening into the pulp chamber, producing a prosthesis from the impression, the prosthesis includes at least one through canal, having an end opening onto the one root canal, unstopping the root canal, filling the root canal and the through canal with a glue, fitting the prosthesis so that the one through canal opens onto the one unstopped root canal, and inserting a plurality of reinforcement pins in the one root canal through the one through canal, the one through canal and the one root canal being filled by the plurality of reinforcement pins and the glue.
Damping dental root post key
A damping dental post key configured to implant a dental root post for restoration of a tooth is described. The dental post key includes a body for handling and a post carrier having a key shape with respect to a head portion of the dental root post. During implantation of the dental post, rotation of the body compresses a set of springs in contact with the post carrier reducing a reaction force to a tooth root. In this way a limited force will be applied and a root fracture can be prevented. Further, the dental post key can be configured to have a fixed movement in a counterclockwise direction to remove the dental post and a free quarter-cycle movement with effort in a clockwise direction.

CAD/CAM-MACHINABLE DISC FOR THE MANUFACTURE OF FIBER INLAY-CORES
The invention concerns a preform for a CAD/CAM machining apparatus having an upper face and a lower face a11d in which at least one of the cells is filled with a composite material to be machined by CAD/CAM, said material comprising long unidirectional fibers embedded in a cross-linked polymer matrix.
PROSTHODONTIC DEVICE
A prosthodontic device applicable to the remainder of a root of a tooth that has received complete endodontic therapy includes a post and a core integrally formed with one end of the post. The post has a post body and a connection unit formed on the surface of the post body. The core has a head to sit on the top end of the remainder of the root of the tooth and at least one shoulder formed on the head. The largest diameter of the core is larger than the largest diameter of the post body of the post. The prosthodontic device enables rapid completion of tooth preservation and restoration after endodontic therapy.

INTRARADICULAR ANCHOR PIN
The invention relates to an odontological biomaterial called ANCLA Post. The post is used as a reconstruction means in anterior and posterior teeth, the cylindrical, conical design of the extension and anchor-shaped design of the apical end allowing forces to be adequately distributed to prevent the fracturing of the tooth and to keep same repairable and usable for a long time. The post is characterized in that it is made of fiberglass, resin or polymer, and is white and radiopaque.
Dental post and method for its fabrication
A dental post has fibre-reinforced material with substantially uniformly directed fibers and mountable in a tooth root canal for fixing a dental prosthetic structure on a tooth stump and a method for its fabrication. For improving the light conduction properties within the post, at least a fraction of the fibers conduct light, and includes post a tapered portion extending toward its second end. Some of the fibers extend from the first end of said post to the circumferential surface of the tapered portion. According to a fabrication method of the post a composite structure of uniform cross-section with substantially uniformly directed light conducting fibers in a pultrusion process. At least a portion of the circumferential surface of the composite structure is shaped to provide a tapered portion extending toward the second end of said composite structure.

Method for the guided removal of dental posts
A method for removing a dental post from a tooth. The method includes (a) removing securing materials from around the dental post, (b) texturing the dental post to form a prepared dental post, (c) providing a dental post removal device with a hollow tubular structure and a fulcrum, (d) filling the hollow tubular structure with dental cement, (e) placing the dental cement-filled tubular structure over the prepared dental post, inserting a fluted file through the filled tubular structure and engaging file flutes between the prepared dental post and the wall of the tubular device and allowing the material to adhere together the tubular structure, the file, and dental post, and (f) applying a force on the fulcrum to remove the hollow tubular structure, the attached file and dental post from the tooth.
