DENTAL NOZZLE DEVICE
An air-water syringe device created with a cylinder enclosing separate water and air channels designed to allow the air channel to be diverted by a minimum of 2 guide vanes at the exit of the device to direct the water flow as desired by the user. A minimum of 1 air channel is disclosed which encompasses the entire inner circumference of the cylinder of the device. The inclination of the guide vanes can be designed with desired angles but typically the angle of inclination of the guide vanes is between a range of 46° and 28°. The device can be designed with a flexible section and with finger grips as desired.
Mixing chamber and handpiece
A mixing chamber for a handpiece of a medical device, in particular a dental abrasive jet device, having a first supply line for a first fluid stream, in particular a liquid fluid flow, and a second supply line for a second fluid flow, in particular a powder/air mixture, where the two supply lines extend along a central axis and the second supply line-ends within the mixing chamber in an outlet the mixing chamber having a mixing region, in which the first fluid flow is deflected towards the second fluid flow, downstream of the outlet, and an accelerating region in which the first supply line extends parallel to the second supply line over the length of at least 3 mm.
Systems and methods for personalized oral irrigation
Described herein are systems and methods for providing personalized oral irrigation. One variation of a system for personalized oral irrigation comprises a fluid reservoir and a customized oral insert in fluid communication with the fluid reservoir. The oral insert comprises an arrangement of fluid openings positioned based on the individual oral or dental structures of a user's teeth to provide a customized fluid flow over the user's teeth. Also described herein are methods for generating an arrangement of fluid openings in a customized oral insert.
ORAL IRRIGATOR
An oral irrigator, comprising: a first pumping assembly (200) used for pumping a first working medium for oral irrigation; a second pumping assembly (300) used for pumping a second working medium for oral irrigation; and a nozzle (400) in fluid communication with output ends of the first pumping assembly (200) and the second pumping assembly (300), the first working medium for oral irrigation and/or the second working medium for oral irrigation being ejected by means of the nozzle (400).
NOZZLE FOR ORAL IRRIGATOR, AND ORAL IRRIGATOR HAVING SAME
The present invention relates to is a nozzle for an oral irrigator, comprising: a nozzle body; and a housing, in which an outlet is defined, wherein the housing is connected to one end of the nozzle body-(242), and defines, with the nozzle body, an accommodating cavity in communication with the air. Fluid for oral irrigation enters the accommodating cavity through the nozzle body, and is sprayed out via the outlet after being mixed with the air.
Tooth cleaner
The invention discloses a tooth cleaner mainly composed of a brace and a handle, the brace comprises an upper tooth socket and a lower tooth socket, a plurality of small open holes which are arranged at intervals are distributed in the upper tooth socket and the lower tooth socket, one end of each of the small open holes is connected with a first guide pipe embedded into the brace, the other ends of the first guide pipes extend into the handle and are connected with a pump outlet of a pump module arranged inside the handle, the pump module also comprises a pump air inlet and a pump water inlet, the pump water inlet of the pump module is connected with a water storage module in the handle by a guide pipe, and the pump air inlet of the pump module communicates with an air inlet in the surface of the handle by a guide pipe. By using the tooth cleaner, the problems of poor cleaning and atomizing effects and poor user experience of the original tooth cleaner are solved.
Methods for providing beneficial effects to the oral cavity
A device for providing a beneficial effect to an oral cavity of a mammal, the device providing: a liquid for contacting a plurality of surfaces of the oral cavity, wherein the liquid is effective for providing the beneficial effect to the oral cavity, and reciprocation of the liquid over the plurality of surfaces of the oral cavity under conditions effective to provide the beneficial effect.
Methods for providing beneficial effects to the oral cavity
A method for providing a beneficial effect to an oral cavity of a mammal, the method including contacting a plurality of surfaces of the oral cavity with a liquid effective for providing the beneficial effect to the oral cavity and providing reciprocation of the liquid over the plurality of surfaces of the oral cavity under conditions effective to provide the beneficial effect.
Nozzle system, powder blasting device and method for using a nozzle system
Nozzle system for a powder blasting device including a first nozzle element for transporting a powder-gas mixture stream along a transporting direction and a second nozzle element, where the second nozzle element surrounds the first nozzle element such that at least one channel is formed between the first nozzle element and the second nozzle element, where the channel is provided for transporting a liquid stream, where the first nozzle element and the second nozzle element are arranged such that in operation the powder-gas-mixture stream ejected by the first nozzle element is encased by the liquid stream ejected by the channel for forming an output stream of the nozzle system, where the first nozzle element has an acceleration part having a first cross section and a spreading part having a second cross section, where the spreading part is arranged downstream of the acceleration part.
Oral care cleaning system utilizing entrained fluid
The present invention provides for oral care systems comprising: an appliance comprising a first and second plurality of nozzles, the appliance configured to be held in the mouth of a user with the first and second plurality of nozzles in fluid communication with one or more surfaces of the user's oral cavity; a source of gas; a source of liquid; and a fluid controller for directing entrained fluid to the appliance. Also provided are methods of cleaning, or otherwise providing benefits to, one or more surfaces of the oral cavity using a system of the present invention.
