Compact oral hygiene device
A compact oral hygiene device includes a unique mini constant jet pump which integrated with a motor, has three diaphragm chambers, draws the fluid from a reservoir and propels fluid out from a buffer room to tips at constant pulseless, high efficiencies and low noise; and a plurality of exchangeable tips cleanses teeth and the interdental area.
Apparatus and methods for cleaning teeth and root canals
Various systems, method, and compositions for treating a tooth are disclosed herein. For example, an apparatus for treating a tooth is disclosed. The apparatus can include a chamber having an access port which places the chamber in fluid communication with a treatment region of the tooth when the chamber is coupled to tooth. A fluid motion generator can be coupled to the chamber. The fluid motion generator can be configured to direct fluid across the access port to generate fluid motion in the chamber. In various embodiments, fluid motion (e.g., vortices, swirl, etc.) can be induced at or near treatment regions of the tooth, such as a root canal or carious region.
DEVICE FOR CLEANING TEETH AND GUMS
A cleaning device provides for quick, thorough and pleasant multi-parallel cleaning of teeth and gums through use of a pressurized cleaning liquid, applied to teeth and gums by a cleaning headpiece with a plurality of cleaning nozzles and with optimized and practical geometry as well as readily applicable control of the clean by the user. Sensations of suffocating or drowning, which can be serious detriments and hindrances of prior art devices, are effectively overcome. In a preferred embodiment, teeth are cleaned in two steps, where each step cleans the teeth and gums in just over one side of the user's jaws. The device can simply be extracted, flipped by 180 degrees and reinserted into the mouth between the two steps.
Oral Irrigator Appliance with Radiant Energy Delivery for Bactericidal Effect
An oral irrigator includes a base having a pump mechanism, a reservoir housed within the base and fluidically connected with the pump mechanism. A handle with a jet tip is connected with an outlet from the pump mechanism to receive a pressurized fluid stream from the reservoir to direct a fluid at a surface inside an oral cavity. The oral irrigator also includes a radiant energy source and delivery system for directing radiant energy at a surface inside an oral cavity.
APPARATUS AND METHODS FOR CLEANING TEETH AND GINGIVAL POCKETS
Various apparatus and methods for cleaning teeth and gingival pockets are disclosed herein. A fluid platform can include a pressure wave generator configured to propagate pressure waves through a treatment fluid. The pressure waves may be sufficient to remove undesirable dental deposits from a treatment tooth, neighboring gums, and/or spaces between the tooth and gums.
APPARATUS AND METHODS FOR FILLING TEETH AND ROOT CANALS
A dental apparatus is disclosed. The dental apparatus can comprise a pressure wave generator to be disposed at a treatment region of a tooth. The pressure wave generator can include an opening to deliver a flowable filling material to the treatment region. The apparatus can include a reservoir for supplying the filling material to the pressure wave generator. The pressure wave generator can be configured to generate pressure waves through the treatment region to cause the filling material to substantially fill the treatment region.

Device for Dental Irrigation
The presently disclosed dental irrigation device projects irrigates and cleans teeth by directing fluid onto the surfaces of a user's teeth and the interproximal spaces between a user's teeth and gum line. The device comprises two hollow U-shaped manifolds that are arranged in a back to back configuration, with one manifold pointing up and one manifold pointing down. Each manifold has an orifice located on each interior face that is used as a fluid jet to irrigate surfaces between teeth and gum line. The dental irrigation device preferably is part of an overall, self-contained device that includes the dental irrigation device, a fluid source/container, a pump that provides fluid from the container to the dental irrigation device, and a dry battery, independent power source. The self-contained device allows for handheld, cords and/or tubing free use of the self-contained device and accordingly, dental irrigation device.
