BONE FOUNDATION GUIDE SYSTEM AND METHOD
A bone foundation guide system has a bone foundation guide including a body that is contoured to reversibly affix to a bone segment of a dental implant surgical site. The body is further contoured to guide the cutting of a portion of the bone segment from a dental implant surgical site and alternatively support a dental implant surgical guide. The body is further contoured to support a bone foundation guide prosthesis as an alternative to the dental implant surgical guide. The bone foundation guide prosthesis combines with the body to accommodate the bone segment portion as placed through the body prior to the bone segment portion being removed from the dental implant site through the use of the body.
Systems and methods for determining a bite position between teeth of a subject
A method and a system for determining a bite position between arch forms of a subject. The method comprises: receiving a 3D model including a first portion and a second portion respectively representative of lower and upper arch forms of the subject; determining, a respective distance value from each point of the first portion to the second portion; determining, for each point of the first portion, a respective weight value, thereby determining a respective weighted distance value; aggregating respective weighted distance values associated with each point of the first portion to determine an aggregate distance value being a remoteness measure between the first portion and the second portion; and determining the bite position based on the aggregate distance value.

Impression Model System and Components
Embodiments of the invention can accommodate multiple variations and goals of impressions, including but not limited to dental and orthodontic models. To adapt embodiments of the invention for multiple purposes, and to standardize the process, embodiments include a housing that allows for impressions to be suspended and/or sealed in the housing so that modelling material can pour up the impression, form a model base or some other type of design, and/or articulate the models if desired, without the need for or with reduced need for trimming and substantial reduction of time and use of modelling material (hereafter “MM”) like gypsum, stone, plaster, resin, etc. Embodiments allow models to be created and formed and articulated if desired. Professionals may pour up impressions, form base models, and, optionally, articulate models, allowing less waste, material, and use of time than traditional and current methods.
DIGITAL DENTAL ARCH DATABASE
The invention relates to a method for producing a denture, characterized by a) providing a predefined dental arch database, the dental arch database having data on maxilla and mandible arches in occlusion; b) generating the denture on the basis of the dental arch data on the maxilla and mandible arches in occlusion.

Intraoral device for creating a sensation of contact, method for applying an intraoral device, and method for determining the thickness of an intraoral device
This invention presents an intraoral device for generation of contact perception between teeth, the device being configured for application to the upper or lower dental arch of a user and comprising a contact means (20, 20′) configured to be associated with at least a portion of one to four posterior teeth (D1) of the upper or lower dental arch, the device (10) being configured to generate a perception of contact to the user upon the contact between the contact means (20, 20′) and at least a portion of the opposing arch to at least a portion of one to four posterior teeth (D1), offering the option of an accessible intraoral device for practical use to the user, and that does not impair the mouth functions of the user during its use in the waking period. This invention further comprises a method of applying the device which allows the user to apply the device without assistance of a skilled professional, and a method for determining the thickness of the aforesaid device.
SYSTEM AND METHOD OF DIGITAL WORKFLOW FOR SURGICAL AND RESTORATIVE DENTISTRY
A digital workflow process and associated devices and tools for providing dental restorations and, more particularly, to precise and efficient reconstruction and replacement of teeth using novel digital workflows and improved dental scan bodies, abutments and other dental devices and tools to efficiently achieve a more precise fit and optimal form and function.
TOOTH RESTORATION SYSTEM AND METHOD
A tooth restoration method and a tooth restoration system are provided. The tooth restoration method includes: configuring a control module to obtain an image and tooth characteristic information of teeth through an image capturing module; configuring the control module to calculate and generate a characteristic parameter of the target tooth according to the image and the tooth characteristic information, and generate a 3D restoration file of the target tooth according to the characteristic parameter; configuring the control module to calculate and generate color information and candidate filling materials of the target tooth according to the image, the 3D restoration file and the filling material database, and compare the candidate filling materials with the characteristic parameter and the color information of the target tooth to generate a selected filling material matching the target tooth; and restoring the target tooth based on the selected filling material through a prosthetic technique.
