Provided is a ceramic filter for a beverage, the ceramic filter requiring a permeation time ranging from 3 seconds to 15 seconds in a case where 150 ml of hot water having a temperature of 90 C. is introduced, having a total pore volume of 0.230 to 0.270 cm.sup.3/g, and having a median pore diameter of 100 to 160 m. Also provided is a method for manufacturing the ceramic filter.
Honeycomb structure body, honeycomb structure filter, and extrusion molding die
A honeycomb structure body, which includes a honeycomb body and a skin layer, the honeycomb body including axially extending channels defined by a porous wall, wherein a radial path of a radial section of the honeycomb body from a central axis to the skin layer consists of a porous wall inner section and a porous wall outer section in sequence, an average wall thickness of inner porous walls provided in the porous wall inner section is smaller than an average wall thickness of outer porous walls provided in the porous wall outer section, and a length of the porous wall inner section in the radial path accounts for 71%-95%. The specific structure of the honeycomb structure body not only increases the strength of the honeycomb structure body, but also ensures good thermal shock resistance and small back pressure.

CERAMIC FILTER FOR BEVERAGE AND MANUFACTURING METHOD OF THE SAME
A ceramic filter 1 requires a permeation time ranging from 3 seconds to 15 seconds in a case where 150 ml of hot water having a temperature of 90 C. is introduced, has a total pore volume of 0.230 to 0.270 cm.sup.3/g, and has a median pore diameter of 100 to 160 m. A method for manufacturing the ceramic filter 1 includes a kneading process of obtaining a kneaded material in which 55 to 65 mass % of alumina, 6 to 12 mass % of bentonite, 6 to 10 mass % of water-insoluble organic fine particles, and 15 to 30 mass % of water are mixed, a primary molding process of molding a primary molded article by manually pressing the kneaded material against a filter mold, a secondary molding process of molding a secondary molded article by performing press working on the primary molded article molded in the primary molding process, and a firing process of firing the secondary molded article molded in the secondary molding process.
MICROPOROUS CERAMIC ATOMIZING CORE AND METHOD FOR PREPARING SAME
The present invention provides a microporous ceramic atomizing core and method for preparing same. The microporous atomizing core includes raw materials in parts by mass as follows: 10 to 50 parts by mass of main material, 0 to 40 parts by mass of ceramic powder, 10 to 50 parts by mass of sintering aid, 0 to 20 parts by mass of pore-forming agent, 20 to 50 parts by mass of paraffin, and 0.1 to 2.0 parts by mass of surfactant. The main material includes one of diatomite, silicon dioxide aerogel powder and porous boron nitride, and the main material has a particle size of 200 mesh-1500 mesh. The microporous ceramic atomizing core of the present invention improves the porosity and liquid locking capacity of the atomizing core, ensures the sufficient atomization of the atomized liquid, and strengthens the use experience of the atomizing core.
Preparation Method of Fly Ash-Based Ceramic Membrane Support
The present disclosure provides a preparation method of a fly ash-based ceramic membrane support, including the following steps: 1) subjecting fly ash to alkali washing and acid washing to obtain pretreated fly ash; 2) blending a raw material including the pretreated fly ash, and then conducting aging and extrusion molding to obtain a green body; and 3) spraying a surface water-retaining agent (including glycerol, tung oil, a diol, and polyethylene glycol) on a surface of the green body to allow static curing in a constant-temperature and constant-humidity environment, and then conducting drying and sintering after the curing is completed. The preparation method can effectively improve molding and sintering performances of the fly ash to obtain a fly ash-based ceramic membrane support with a qualified performance.
Method for producing a molded article and molded article
In order to provide a method for producing a molded article by means of which a molded article with good temperature resistance is easily producible, it is proposed that the method includes providing a mixture including a powdered base material which includes a pre-fired and/or ground cordierite material and/or a pre-fired and/or ground mullite material; producing a molded article by molding the mixture; and firing the molded article so that particles of the base material are bonded to one another while preserving the particulate property.
