Integrated systems are provided for the production of higher hydrocarbon compositions, for example liquid hydrocarbon compositions, from methane using an oxidative coupling of methane system to convert methane to ethylene, followed by conversion of ethylene to selectable higher hydrocarbon products. Integrated systems and processes are provided that process methane through to these higher hydrocarbon products.

A catalyst for synthesizing aromatic hydrocarbons, a preparation method thereof and a method for synthesizing aromatic hydrocarbons by using the catalyst. The catalyst comprises acidic molecular sieve particles and zinc-aluminum composite oxide particles. The catalyst has relatively high selectivity to aromatic hydrocarbons, particularly BTX, stable performance, and a long single-pass life.

Catalyst and method for direct conversion of syngas to light olefins

Direct conversion of syngas to light olefins is carried out in a fixed bed or a moving bed reactor with a composite catalyst A+B. The active ingredient of catalyst A is active metal oxide; and catalyst B is one or more than one of zeolite of CHA and AEI structures or metal modified CHA and/or AEI zeolite. A spacing between geometric centers of the active metal oxide of the catalyst A and the particle of the catalyst B is 5 m-40 mm. A spacing between axes of the particles is preferably 100 m-5 mm, and more preferably 200 m-4 mm. A weight ratio of the active ingredients in the catalyst A and the catalyst B is within a range of 0.1-20 times, and preferably 0.3-5.

A FAST BATCH PROCESS FOR PREPARING A ZEOLITIC MATERIAL HAVING FRAMEWORK TYPE CHA

A batch process for preparing a zeolitic material having framework type CHA and a framework structure comprising Si, Al, O, and H, comprising (i) providing a seeding material comprising a zeolitic material having framework type CHA and a framework structure comprising Si, Al, O, and H; (ii) preparing a mixture comprising a source of Si, a source of Al, a seeding material provided in (i), a CHA framework structure directing agent comprising a cycloalkylammonium compound, and water, wherein the cycloalkylammonium compound is a compound comprising a cation R.sup.1R.sup.2R.sup.3R.sup.4N.sup.+ wherein R.sup.1, R.sup.2, R.sup.3 are, independently from one another, an alkyl residue having from 1 to 6 carbon atoms, and R.sup.4 is a 5- to 8-membered cycloalkyl residue, wherein in mixture, the molar ratio of water relative to Si comprised in the source of Si and in the seeding material, calculated as SiO.sub.2, is in the range of from 5:1 to 15:1, wherein the mixture, the molar ratio of sodium, calculated as Na.sub.2O, relative to Si comprised in the source of Si and in the seeding material, calculated as SiO.sub.2, is in the range of from 0:1 to 0.1:1; (iii) heating the mixture prepared in (ii) in its liquid state to a temperature of the mixture in the range of from 50 to 90 C. and keeping the liquid mixture at a temperature in this range for 5 to 100 h; (iv) heating the heated mixture of (iii) to a temperature of the mixture in the range of from 190 to 230 C. in a crystallization vessel and keeping the mixture at a temperature in this range under autogenous pressure in the crystallization vessel for 0.5 to 10 h, obtaining a solid material comprising a zeolitic material having framework type CHA and a framework structure comprising Si, Al, O, and H, suspended in its mother liquor.

Disclosed are novel supported nanoparticle compositions, precursors, processes for making supported nanoparticle compositions, processes for making catalyst compositions, and processes for converting syngas. The catalyst composition can comprise nanoparticles comprising metal oxide(s), such as manganese cobalt oxide. This disclosure is particularly useful for converting syngas via the Fischer-Tropsch reactions to make olefins and/or alcohols.

The present invention relates to a process for preparing a cobalt-containing Fischer-Tropsch synthesis catalyst with good physical properties and high cobalt loading. In one aspect, the present invention provides a process for preparing a supported cobalt-containing Fischer-Tropsch synthesis catalyst, said process comprising the steps of: (a) impregnating a support material with cobalt haydroxide nitrate, or a hydrate thereof, of formula (I) below to form an impregnated support material, [Co(OH).sub.x(NO.sub.3).sub.(2-x).yH.sub.2O] (I) where: 0<x<2 0y6 (b) drying and calcining the impregnated support material.

Manganese-doped nickel-methanation catalysts

A methanation catalyst for the methanation of carbon monoxide and/or carbon dioxide is disclosed that provides high selectivity and stability, and additionally shows improved activity compared with prior catalysts. The methanation catalyst for the methanation of carbon monoxide and/or carbon dioxide comprises aluminum oxide, a Ni active mass, and Mn, wherein the Ni/Mn molar ratio in the catalyst is 3.0 to 10.0.

COBALT CARBIDE-BASED CATALYST FOR DIRECT PREPARATION OF OLEFIN FROM SYNTHESIS GAS, PREPARATION METHOD THEREFOR AND APPLICATION THEREOF

A cobalt carbide-based catalyst for direct production of olefin from synthesis gas, a preparation method therefor and application thereof are disclosed. The method for preparing the catalyst comprises the following steps: 1) mixing a cobalt source with water, or mixing a cobalt source, an electron promoter and water to obtain a first solution; and mixing a precipitant with water to obtain a second solution; 2) adding the first solution and the second solution to water, or water and a structure promoter for precipitation, crystallizing, separating, drying and calcination; and 3) reducing a solid obtained in Step 2) in a reducing atmosphere, and then carbonizing in a carbonizing atmosphere. The prepared catalyst has high activity and high selectivity to olefins for direct production of olefins via syngas conversion.
