The present invention relates to phosphorescent organic light-emitting diodes (OLEDs) including a hole-transporting or a hole-transporting and an electron-blocking layer including an N,N,N,N-tetraaryl-phenylene-3,5-diamine or an N,N,N,N-tetraaryl-1,1-biphenyl-3,3-diamine matrix compound and to new N,N,N,N-tetraarylsubstituted m-arylene diamine compounds useful as hole-transporting and electron-blocking layer matrices in phosphorescent OLEDs.

Synergistic compositions

The present invention describes a synergistic composition comprising of one or more statins, or one or more dipeptidyl peptidase IV (DPP IV) inhibitor or one or more biguanide antihyperglycaemic agent and a PPAR agonist of formula (Ia) for the treatment of diabetes, especially non-insulin dependent diabetes (NIDDM) or Type 2 diabetes and conditions associated with diabetes mellitus and to compositions suitable for use in such method. The invention also describes the preparation of such compositions. The present invention also relates to certain novel salts of the PPAR agonist of formula (I), processes for the preparation of these novel salts and use thereof. ##STR00001##

Provided is a curable composition for inkjet which can have a prolonged pot life even under an environment in an inkjet device that is warmed to 50 C. or higher and which can be cured into a cured product having improved heat resistance and insulation reliability, in spite of the fact that a thermally curable compound is used in the curable composition. The curable composition for inkjet according to the present invention contains a photocurable compound, a thermally curable compound, a photopolymerization initiator and a thermal curing agent and does not contain a solvent or contains the solvent, wherein the content of the solvent in 100% by weight of the curable composition is 1% by weight or less when the curable composition for inkjet contains the solvent, the photocurable compound contains a polyfunctional compound having at least two (meth)acryloyl groups, and the thermal curing agent is an aromatic amine having at least one benzene ring and at least two amino groups.
