The compound of the present invention have soluble epoxide hydrolase (sEH) inhibitory activity and can increase the level of epoxyeicosatrienoic acids (EETs)so as to alleviate inflammatory responses, and thus can be used for preventing and treating heart failure. The preparation method of the present invention has the technical advantages of simple steps, high yield, and easily available raw materials.
