External breast prosthesis
Disclosed is an external breast prosthesis (1), including an envelope (2) of flexible material with a breast shape, the envelope defining an internal cavity (6) closed by a protective lid (3) of which one face, called the external face (4), is designed to be pressed against the chest of a person, the cavity enclosing a filler and a weighted element intended to adjust the weight of the prosthesis. The weighted element is in the form of a plurality of ballast elements (7) which are distributed along a sagittal axis of the prosthesis substantially perpendicular to the plane of the protective lid.

BREASTFEEDING DEVICE
A breastfeeding device adapted to fit over a natural breast is provided. The device includes a reservoir that stores a received liquid and has an inner surface and an outer surface. Additionally, the device includes an access opening that is formed in the outer surface of the reservoir and is adapted to receive an attachment. The inner surface of the reservoir is attached onto a surface of the natural breast emulating a contour thereof.

Absorbable implants for plastic surgery
Absorbable implants for breast surgery that conform to the breast parenchyma and surrounding chest wall have been developed. These implants support newly lifted breast parenchyma, and/or a breast implant. The implants have mechanical properties sufficient to support a reconstructed breast, and allow the in-growth of tissue into the implant as it degrades. The implants have a strength retention profile allowing the support of the breast to be transitioned from the implant to regenerated host tissue, without significant loss of support. Three-dimensional implants for use in minimally invasive mastopexy/breast reconstruction procedures are also described, that confer shape to a patient's breast. These implants are self-reinforced, can be temporarily deformed, implanted in a suitably dissected tissue plane, and resume their preformed three-dimensional shape. The implants are preferably made from poly-4-hydroxybutyrate (P4HB) and copolymers thereof. The implants have suture pullout strengths that can resist the mechanical loads exerted on the reconstructed breast.

Padding with integral breast prostheses
A single length of enhanced and contoured foam padding with two, integral breast mounds for the mastectomy patient is disclosed. This single length of enhanced padding is intended to be secured into a garment or adhered to the skin to restore a natural looking breast mound appearance in clothing while offering padded comfort over the sensitive areas caused by mastectomy.

THERAPEUTIC BRA STRUCTURE
A therapeutic bra structure includes a bra body having a bra layered member and a side bra layered member on both sides of the bra layered member separately, a fastener assembly or adhesive assembly combined with a distal edge of the side bra layered member and an elastic adjusting assembly having two elastic adjusting layers. Each elastic adjusting layer has an elastic and permeable layered member, and the two elastic adjusting layers are fixed to an inner side of the bra layered member, and an end adhesive assembly is provided at an outer edge of the elastic adjusting layers for the purpose of combining and positioning. This structure allows users to adjust the elasticity and has the effects of healing the wound stably, facilitating the use and installation of a drainage tube or an artificial blood vessel, and ensuring the safety of wearing bra after breast surgery.
