STENT GRAFTS AND METHODS OF USE FOR TREATING ANEURYSMS
A stent graft includes a tubular aortic component that defines a lumen and a fenestration with a pocket at the fenestration. At least one proximal tunnel graft extends proximally within the lumen from the proximal opening of the pocket and is secured at a proximal end to the tubular component, and at least one distal tunnel graft extends distally within the lumen from the distal opening of the pocket and is secured at a distal end to the tubular aortic component. The stent graft can further include at least one branch stent graft, each of which extends through the fenestration and within at least one of the proximal tunnel graft or the distal tunnel graft. The stent graft can be implanted in a patient to thereby treat an aneurysm, such as a suprarenal or thoracoabdominal aortic aneurysm.

Sealable endovascular implants and methods for their use
A sealable vascular endograft system for placement in a vascular defect includes a delivery catheter shaped to be disposed within a blood vessel. The delivery catheter includes an implant delivery catheter sheath defining an implant delivery catheter lumen and an endovascular implant removably disposed within the implant delivery catheter lumen in a compressed or folded state for delivery thereof to the vascular defect. The endovascular implant includes a tubular implant body and a sealable circumferential collar including a variable sealing device and a control lead traversing from the variable sealing device to a user and controlling variability of the variable sealing device by the user. The sealing device and the control lead cooperate to reversibly expand and contract the sealable circumferential collar to circumferentially adjust during deployment thereof to achieve a repositionable fluid-tight seal between the sealable circumferential collar and the internal walls proximal to the vascular defect.

Bifurcated highly conformable medical device branch access
The present invention comprises a highly conformable stent graft with an optional portal for a side branch device. Said stent graft comprises a graft being supported by a stent, wherein said stent comprises undulations each which comprise apices in opposing first and second directions and a tape member attached to said stent and to said graft such that the tape member edge is aligned to the edge of the apices in the first direction of the each of the undulations, thus confining the apices in the first direction of the undulations to the graft and wherein the apices in the second direction of the undulation are not confined relative to the graft; wherein said graft forms unidirectional pleats where longitudinally compressed and wherein said apices in the first direction of said undulation is positioned under an adjacent pleat when compressed. The invention also discloses and claims methods of making and using said highly conformable stent graft and method of making the optional portal.

Vascular implants and methods
The present invention is directed to vascular implants and methods for fabricating the same. The implantable devices include but are not limited to stents, grafts and stent grafts. In many embodiments, the devices include one or more side branch lumens interconnected with the main lumen.
Endovascular Graft Defining Internal Lumens
An endovascular graft is provided that includes a stent structure adapted to move between a collapsed and a deployed configuration. An endovascular graft material is mounted with respect to the stent structure. At least one lumen- or chute-forming structure is associated with the stent structure internal to the endovascular graft material. The at least one lumen- or chute-forming structure is adapted to move between a first position and a second position, wherein the at least one lumen- or chute-forming structure is rolled within itself in the first position, and wherein the at least one lumen- or chute-forming structure moves from the first position to the second position by unrolling. When in the second position, the at least one lumen- or chute-forming structure defines a passage having a greater cross-sectional area as compared to the first position. Stent-graft deployment to one or more branch arteries/vessels may be accomplished through the at least one lumen- or chute-forming structure. The present disclosure also provides advantageous methods for deploying the disclosed endovascular graft and delivery of stent-grafts to branch arteries/vessels therethrough.
