Described is an exercise tool. More particularly, it is a therapy and exercise tool specifically devised as a foot-therapy and toe-aligning device to align, separate, and stretch toes. The foot-therapy and toe-aligning device comprises a frame with a plurality of posts connected with the frame. The device is formed of an elastic material such that a user may place at least one of the plurality of posts between a user's toes and pull the post to stretch and elongate the post between the toes. Upon release, the elastic material of the post causes the post to attempt to return to its original shape, thereby causing it to expand out and conform its shape to fit snugly against the user's toes. Additionally, the elastic material allows the toe posts to be positioned and maintained at numerous locations between the user's toes for customizable positioning between the toes.

Anatomic physiological separators of toes and the procedure to obtain them. Considered as medical surgical equipment adapted to the requirement of the population in all their varieties. Their use is aimed at cushioning discomfort and deformities caused by pathologies, defects or amputations of toes. They are adapted to the shape and size of the interdigital surfaces and reproduce the interdigital surfaces on which they are based. A series of previously made models or prototypes are then massed produced. They represent each and every one of the interdigital spaces of both feet and of all types of feet, as a result of combining the size or shape of the feet, sex, age, their digital formula: square, Greek, Egyptian and ideal foot, as well as the metatarsal formula: Minus index, minus plus index, plus index.

Orthopedic Device Providing Metered Toe Traction with Variable Adduction, Dorsiflexion and Rotation Angles Including Lateral Glide of the First Metatarsal Head

An apparatus applies traction to a big toe of a patient's foot at a desired adduction angle and a desired dorsiflexion angle, for use in treating a bunion. The apparatus includes: a shoe portion (e.g., a sole, and strap(s)); a toe attachment apparatus (e.g., a Chinese finger trap) having a cable extending therefrom; and an apparatus (e.g., a ratchet, an actuator, and the like) configured to apply tension to the cable with respect to the sole. A support bracket is configured to pivot with respect to the shoe portion to adjust the adduction angle of the cable with respect to an axial direction of the sole, and is further configured to extend upwardly to at an elevated position with respect to the sole. An adjustment member is mounted to slide relative to the support bracket, to adjust the dorsiflexion angle provided by the cable independent of the adduction angle.
