Compression undergarment for relief of menstrual pain and related method of use
A compression undergarment to relief the symptoms of menstrual cramping may comprise a first and second pad both capable of conforming to a female user's hips. Each pad is tapered having two part construction. Such construction may include a pliable exterior panel of resilient material and an interior panel made of compressible material. The second component of the apparatus is a compression undergarment having a first and corresponding second annular sleeve. Such compression undergarment includes a front side, back side, first leg portion and second leg portion, such that positioned above the first leg portion and second leg portion is a top portion which connects both leg portions. The compression undergarment also includes a first annular sleeve capable of receiving the first pad and the second annual sleeve capable of receiving the second pad. The third component is a compression band that fits around both pads and the compression undergarment.
Removable Pediatric Hip Orthotic
A removable and replaceable hip orthotic that includes a back panel formed from a rigid material that supports a patient's lumbar area; a front panel formed from the rigid material that supports the patient's abdomen area and is hinged to the back panel to allow application and removal of the orthotic to the patient; a leg support that extends from the back support that includes a space that allows a patient's leg to pass through into the leg support; and straps to secure the back panel to the front panel and the leg into the leg support. The back panel includes a pair of windows with a trochanter pad movably disposed within the windows. An adjustment mechanism selectively moves the trochanter pads relative to the greater trochanter regions of the hips of the patient to apply pressure to the hip joint to prevent dislocation of the femoral head.
BABY SLEEPING GARMENT
Embodiments generally relate to a baby sleeping garment. The baby sleeping garment comprises a wrap portion configured to receive the body of the baby or infant and at least partially wrap around the body of the baby or infant; and at least one arm portion attached to the wrap portion around at least part of the arm pocket's perimeter to define at least one arm pocket sized to receive at least one arm of the baby or infant. The arm pocket has an opening configured to allow the at least one arm of the baby or infant to be inserted into the arm pocket.

Pain Management and Post-Operative Hip Orthosis
An improved pain management and post-operative hip orthosis includes a waist strap having first and second ends, a lower strap having first and second ends, and a pocket extending between the waist strap and lower strap. The pocket has inner and outer panels fastened to each other to define an upper opening and a lower opening. A cooling pack including a reservoir and inlet and outlet tubes extending from a bottom of the reservoir is applied to the pocket such that the inlet and outlet tubes pass through the lower opening of the pocket.

The invention relates to an orthosis comprising: a first fastening element (15) for fastening a first orthosis component (10) to a proximal body part of a user; a second orthosis component (20) having a second fastening element (21) for being fixed to a distal body part of the user; and a joint device (30) which is located at the proximal end (22) of the second orthosis component (20) and which has a joint upper part (40) and which makes it possible for the second orthosis component (20) to pivot about a joint axis (4) in the sagittal plane relative to the joint upper part (40), the joint upper part (40) being mounted or designed on the first orthosis component (10) in a fastening device (11) so as to be pivotable and/or displaceable in the frontal plane and so as to be rotationally rigid in the sagittal plane.

Orthopedic device for treating complications of the hip
An orthopedic device is provided for treating complications of the hip and has means for trochanter compression, pelvis support, lumbar compression, variously directed straps, and thigh support. The trochanter compression and an internal/external rotation strap provide pain relief through compression and skin protection, unloading of joints through compression and sealing, and unloading by load transfer. Means for adjustably dosing of straps enables pain management and ease of use.
