VENTRAL HERNIA BINDER WITH INSERT APPARATUS
The hernia binder of the present invention may include an insert that is placed between a hernia and a binder in order to prevent bulging of the hernia through a weakness in the abdominal wall muscles. The insert may be secured through various fasteners, including a hook and mesh fastener. The insert may be constructed in different sizes and shapes to conform to the patient's size, the specific hernia and other factors. The insert may also be constructed from various materials to accommodate these factors. The insert may be created from a mold of the specific patient who will utilize the present invention. The insert is therefore custom made and is constructed in different sizes and shapes to conform to the patient's size, the specific hernia and other factors.

ANTEROPOSTERIOR THORACIC RESTRICTION DEVICE
The invention relates to an anteroposterior thoracic restriction device comprising holding means intended to surround a patient's chest, a compressible fluid bag, intended to be held against the patient's sternum by said holding means, and reversible bilateral tightening means, arranged on either side of the fluid bag and capable of reversibly tightening the holding means around the patient's chest.
Diastasis Recti Splinting Garment
A Diastasis Recti Splinting Garment is described which includes a plurality of attached torso straps and pelvic straps which the user wraps around their body and connects to the garment so as to approximate the 2 sides of the abdominal wall, providing support to the linea alba and fascial sheathes to allow for tissue healing. Furthermore, the adjustable angled straps encircle the torso and pelvis of the user to restore the integrity of the core, providing stability to the ribcage, spine and pelvis. Restoring the integrity of the core lends itself to optimal activation of the deep core stabilizers, including the abdominal muscles as well as the musculature of the pelvic floor, back, and diaphragm. This in turn aids in dynamic stability of the spine, ribcage and pelvis. This allows maximum support of the diastasis recti, consequently facilitating tissue healing through balancing intra-abdominal pressure, while still supplying support to the vulnerable pelvic floor and stability to the spine, ribcage and sacroiliac joints.

BREASTFEEDING ASSISTANCE DEVICE
The invention is directed to a device that simulates a mother's hold of her breast during breastfeeding. The device supports the breast in a C, U, or V hold by using support components on opposing surfaces of the breast.
ORTHOTIC DEVICE FOR INHIBITING A SUBJECT'S CHEST EXPANSION
An orthotic device is configured to limit expansion of a subject's chest following surgery or for other ailments. The orthotic device includes an elongated band, a pulley assembly, and a locking mechanism. The elongated band wraps, during use, around a chest of a subject comprising a first end couplable to a first base and a second end couplable to a second base. An elongated member, of the pulley assembly, may couple a first routing member to a second routing member such that by applying, during use, a pulling force to the elongated member a distance between the first and the second routing members decreases. The routing members may be removably coupled to the respective bases. The pulley assembly includes a locking mechanism which inhibits movement of the elongated member relative to at least one of the routing members such that the distance is inhibited from increasing.
