HUMANIZED ANTIBODY AGAINST O-ACETYLATED GD2 GANGLIOSIDE (OACGD2)

Disclosed is an antibody, functional fragment, and derivative thereof, which binds specifically to the OAcGD2 ganglioside, the antibody including i) a humanized light chain variable region (VL) polypeptide having the amino acid sequence SEQ id n°112; and ii) a humanized heavy chain variable region (VH) having the amino acid sequence SEQ id n°76; and its use in diagnostics and therapy.

GLYPICAN-2-BINDING MOIETIES, CHIMERIC ANTIGEN RECEPTORS AND USES THEREOF

The present application provides GPC2-specific antibodies and antigen binding fragments thereof. A chimeric antigen receptor (CAR) that specifically binds glypican-2 (GPC2) comprising a GPC2-specific antibody, a transmembrane domain, and an intracellular signaling domain. T cells comprising the disclosed CAR constructs can be used for cancer immunotherapy.

Ganglioside GD2 as a marker and target on cancer stem cells

Methods for determining the presence of cancer stem cells by detecting GD2 expression. Also provided are methods for reducing proliferation of cancer stem cells by contacting the cells with a GD2 targeting agent, such as an anti-GD2 antibody or a GD3 synthase inhibitor. GD3 synthase inhibitor compounds are also provided.

Preparations and methods for treating a GD2 positive cancer

The present invention relates to preparations and methods for treating a GD2 positive cancer by administering a preparation comprising a chimeric or humanized anti-GD2 antibody to a patient, wherein the patient is not concomitantly treated with interleukin-2 (IL-2 wherein a GD2 positive cancer is treated in the patient. Furthermore, the invention relates to preparations and methods for the treatment of a GD2 positive cancer in a patient, wherein a preparation comprising an anti-GD2 antibody is administered to the patient as a continuous infusion, without concomitantly administering IL-2. The present invention further relates to preparations and methods for the treatment of a GD2 positive cancer in a patient, wherein the one or more anti-GD2 antibody treatment periods is/are preceded, accompanied, and/or followed by one or more treatment periods with a retinoid.

IMMUNOMODULATING POLYNUCLEOTIDES, ANTIBODY CONJUGATES THEREOF, AND METHODS OF THEIR USE

Immunomodulating polynucleotides are disclosed. The immunomodulating polynucleotides may contain 5-modified uridine, 5-modified cytidine, a total of from 6 to 16 nucleotides, and/or one or more abasic spacers and/or internucleoside phosphotriesters. Also disclosed are conjugates containing a targeting moiety and one or more immunomodulating polynucleotides. The immunomodulating polynucleotides and conjugates may further contain one or more auxiliary moieties. Also disclosed are compositions containing the immunomodulating polynucleotides or the conjugates containing one or more stereochemically enriched internucleoside phosphorothioates. Further disclosed are pharmaceutical compositions containing the immunomodulating polynucleotides or the conjugates and methods of their use.

Antibody multimerization technologies

The present invention provides, among other things, dimeric multispecific binding agents (e.g., fusion proteins comprising antibody components) that have improved properties over multispecific binding agents without the capability of dimerization.

Pharmaceutical compositions for the treatment of tumors expressing EGFR and GM3 N-glycolyl ganglioside (NeuGcGM3)

The present invention relates to pharmaceutical compositions for the treatment of malignant tumors. Particularly those tumors that express EGFR and GM3 N-glycolyl ganglioside targets to enhance the therapeutic effect produced by separated therapies against these targets. The pharmaceutical compositions of the invention include antibodies and/or vaccines against each of the targets. Additionally the present invention relates to methods for applying the compositions of the invention.

ANTIBODY WHICH IS DIRECTED AGAINST GALECTIN-9 AND IS AN INHIBITOR OF THE SUPPRESSOR ACTIVITY OF REGULATORY T LYMPHOCYTES

The invention relates to an antibody which is directed against galectin-9 and is an inhibitor of the suppressor activity of regulatory T lymphocytes, and also to the use of this antibody for the treatment of diseases associated with the suppressor activity of regulatory T lymphocytes, in particular the treatment of cancer.
