Anti-human MUC1 antibody Fab fragment

The problem to be solved is to provide an anti-human MUC1 antibody Fab fragment that is expected to be useful in the diagnosis and/or treatment of a cancer, particularly, the diagnosis and/or treatment of breast cancer or bladder cancer, and a diagnosis approach and/or a treatment approach using a conjugate comprising the Fab fragment. The solution is an anti-human MUC1 antibody Fab fragment comprising a heavy chain fragment comprising a heavy chain variable region consisting of the amino acid sequence represented by SEQ ID NO: 8 or 10, and a light chain comprising a light chain variable region consisting of the amino acid sequence represented by SEQ ID NO: 12, and a conjugate comprising the Fab fragment.

The present application discloses humanized antibodies and antibody like proteins and fragments thereof.

Monoclonal and humanized antibodies to a cancer glycopeptide

The present invention discloses a mouse-human chimeric antibody preferably recognizes the MUC1 glycopeptide epitope RPAPGS(GalNAc)TAPPAHG (SEQ ID NO.: 34) on the surface of cancer cells, and the encoding sequences, wherein the monoclonal antibody having a light chain and a heavy chain. Moreover, the present invention provides humanized light and heavy chains, and the encoding sequences. The results of paired expression show that humanized antibodies also recognize the MUC1 glycopeptide epitope RPAPGS(GalNAc)TAPPAHG (SEQ ID NO.: 34) on the surface of cancer cells, and show the same specificity as the parental antibody.

Antibodies to MUC16 and methods of use thereof

The invention provides antibodies, and antigen-binding fragments thereof, that specifically bind to a polypeptide, or antigenic portion thereof, wherein the polypeptide is selected from a) MUC16 ectodomain polypeptide, b) MUC16 cytoplasmic domain polypeptide, and c) MUC16 extracellular domain polypeptide that contains a cysteine loop polypeptide. The invention's antibodies and compositions containing them are useful in diagnostic and therapeutic applications for diseases in which MUC16 is overexpressed, such as cancer.

The present invention provides methods for treating, reducing the severity, or inhibiting the growth of cancer (e.g., ovarian cancer or pancreatic cancer). The methods of the present invention comprise administering to a subject in need thereof a therapeutically effective amount of an antibody or antigen-binding fragment thereof that specifically binds to programmed death 1 (PD-1) receptor in combination with a therapeutically effective amount of a bispecific antibody that specifically binds Mucin 16 (MUC16) and CD3.

Monoclonal antibody and derivatives

The present invention relates to a novel anti-CD146 antibody and derivatives thereof. The antibody and/or derivatives can be used for therapy and/or imaging, diagnosis and/or immunostaining.

ANTIBODIES AGAINST THE MUC1-C/EXTRACELLULAR DOMAIN (MUC1-C/ECD)

The present invention is directed to antibodies binding to MUC1-C/extracellular domain (MUC1-C/ECD) and methods of using such antibodies to treat cancers that express the MUC1 antigen.

ANTIBODY WHICH IS DIRECTED AGAINST GALECTIN-9 AND IS AN INHIBITOR OF THE SUPPRESSOR ACTIVITY OF REGULATORY T LYMPHOCYTES

The invention relates to an antibody which is directed against galectin-9 and is an inhibitor of the suppressor activity of regulatory T lymphocytes, and also to the use of this antibody for the treatment of diseases associated with the suppressor activity of regulatory T lymphocytes, in particular the treatment of cancer.

SINGLE CHAIN CONSTRUCTS

Fusion proteins are provided, the fusion proteins comprising a single-chain trimer coupled to an Fc domain of an antibody. Also provided are methods of use thereof.
