The present invention includes a method for treating penile implant infections that uses a synthetic high-purity calcium sulfate mixed with antimicrobials, which is capable of providing prolonged exposure of antimicrobials to the infection site and capable of acting as an intracorporal filler preventing fibrosis and loss of phallic length. The technique is especially useful for high-risk patients, and provides another medium for which antimicrobial agents can be delivered to a surgical infection site while at the same time acting as a filler, preventing fibrosis, and loss of the space. The antimicrobial cast lasts 4-6 weeks, making timely re-implantation easier, and preventing intracorporal fibrosis and loss of phallic length.

An elastomeric device for improving the erection of the human penis may include a frustoconical collar sized to receive and snugly jacket the user's penis and apply effective pressure on the dorsal penile veins, and a radially extending pubic shield adapted to overlay the pubic area of the user. A system and method directed for a sizing device and erectile ring is described where the sizing device properly measures one's girth to correctly find the proper size erection ring. The sizing device has a measuring tape that will slide through a plurality of perimeter components with a track running through each of the perimeter components for the measuring tape to easily travel through whereby a measurement is then obtained when the perimeter components come into contact with the penis whereby then an erectile is created from the sizing.
