Disclosed embodiments provide a portable sex article. The article includes a soft hollow case (which, in some embodiments, is a pillow case). The case is specially designed with a holster formed on a first side the case. The holster is adapted to secure a sex simulation device such as an artificial vagina or dildo. The holster extends into an interior region of the case, and may have a securing mechanism such as elastic bands or a hook-and-loop fastener to secure a sex simulation device in place. A human image is imparted on the case, such as by a textile printing process. The human image can be a photograph or illustration. The human image includes a rendering of an anatomical orifice, such as an anus, vagina, and/or mouth. The human image is oriented such that the anatomical orifice is aligned with the holster.

An elastomeric device for improving the erection of the human penis may include a frustoconical collar sized to receive and snugly jacket the user's penis and apply effective pressure on the dorsal penile veins, and a radially extending pubic shield adapted to overlay the pubic area of the user. An elastic strap attached to the pubic shield may encircle the underside of the scrotum to apply effective pressure on the deep veins behind the scrotum and to retain the device on the user's penis during sexual activity. When used in combination with a conventional vacuum erection device, substantially airtight seals are established around the open end of the vacuum device, the base of the penis, and the anterior sealing surface of the pubic shield during evacuation pumping. To aid those with erectile disfunction, an anatomically erect penile prosthesis is disclosed that includes 1) an interior upper chamber that receives and houses the human penis, and 2) an interior lower chamber that receives and houses the human testicles. The prosthesis includes a flexible elongated member that provides a natural feeling substitute for the human penis that is contained within the interior upper chamber. The prosthesis includes an integral support mechanism that connects to the flexible elongated member to provide this natural feeling.

An anatomical ring device for attachment to a penis includes a closed ring body defining an interior opening that is shaped and sized to receive a penis. The ring body may include two or more high-stretch sections separating two or more low-stretch sections of the ring body. The low-stretch sections may include a material that is substantially less stretchable than a material that comprises the high-stretch sections. An apparatus for enhancing erection of a penis includes an expandable first member that partially encircles an upper portion of the penis and partially constricts at least a first vein of the penis to reduce the volume of blood carried away from the penis via the first vein. A second member is mounted to the first member includes left and right shoulder sections configured to contact the penis shaft along the left and right sides the urethra. A contoured section is formed between and extends outwards away from the shoulders so that, when the shoulder sections contact the penis shaft and the first member encircles at least partially encircles the upper portion of the penis, the contoured section extends over and does not constrict the urethra.
