An improved condom-style vacuum therapy device has a region of the sheath formed of an air-permeable material that is covered by an air-impermeable barrier so as to define a lumen therebetween. A conduit defining an airflow pathway is located in fluid communication with the lumen, and is connected to a vacuum source in order to draw air out of the interior of the condom-style device through the air-permeable region. The apparatus described is an inflatable constriction ring device to constrict the venous outflow from penis. The inflatable constriction ring is used in combination with vacuum erection device (VED), which induces erection and the ring constricts the venous outflow at the base of the penis to maintain erection.

According to an aspect of the present invention, there is provided device for enlargement of the penis of a user, comprising: a hook for holding a vacuum cup that attaches to the head of the penis; a bottom semi-circular member; a first hinge arranged on one side of the bottom semi-circular member; a second hinge arranged on the other side of the bottom semi-circular member; a first rod connecting to the first hinge; a second rod connecting to the second hinge; a first swivel on the first rod allowing for the first rod to be interchanged; a second swivel on the second rod allowing for the second rod to be interchanged; a middle bracket; and a top bracket, wherein the middle bracket connects the first rod to the second rod.

According to an aspect of the present invention, there is provided a penis enlargement device, comprising: a base; two rods being rulers with teeth on them; a tension scale; two buttons next to the tension scale configured to release the lock on the teeth on the rods to change length; a cup configured to attach to the penis of a user; and a pump configured to create a vacuum in the cup.
