An apparatus for assisting in copulation and preventing discomfort due to testicular retraction or displacement (e.g., retractile testicle) during copulation and other activities is disclosed. The apparatus substantially encompasses, circumferentially, the upper portion of the shaft of a penis without constricting the urethra area at the base of the shaft of the penis. The apparatus further conforms to the torso behind the scrotal sack (i.e., between scrotum and torso) to prevent undesired movement of testicles into the abdomen area. The apparatus has a substantial U-shape, the legs curving inwardly toward respective anchoring nodes. Anchoring nodes may be included at the end of each leg of the apparatus to assist in minimizing movement of the apparatus while in use. The apparatus may rigid or may be slightly flexible and, when in use as a copulation aid, provides pressure to restrict outflow of blood from corpora cavernosa thus assisting to maintain erection.

An adjustable compression device (10) comprising an elongate rigid band (12) provided to extend around a portion of the circumference of a penis (16). The band (12) includes first and second side portions (18, 20) connecting by an intermediate portion (22). An engagement member (14) is secured between the first and second side portions (18, 20) such that the engagement member (14) is rotatable about a rotational axis (24) extending between the side portions (18, 20). The engagement member (14) is off-centred relative to said rotational axis (24) such that an area defined between the engagement member (14) and the band (12) can be increased or decreased by rotation of the engagement member (14) thereby adjusting pressure applied to the penis (16).

A system for affecting, augmenting, or enhancing erection of the penis includes an elastomeric sleeve designed to comfortably and securely encircle the base of the penis. The sleeve is provided with a pair of inflatable chambers, a dorsal insert, and a ventral insert which are configured to apply focal pressure on the dorsal penile veins, while avoiding undue constriction of the corpora cavernosa or compression of the urethra, dorsal penile arteries, or nerves. The system includes fluid transfer apparatus having a reservoir for pressurized fluid, a pump, and valves for controlling the flow of fluid to the inflatable chambers. The system also includes an inflatable sealing apparatus which, when used in combination with a conventional vacuum erection tube, forms an airtight seal between the sleeve and the open end of the inflatable sealing member.

A noninvasive penile erection device is provided having an inflatable sealing adapter that forms a substantially air tight seal between a conventional vacuum tube and a penis inserted therein. The sealing adapter is formed of a rigid tube slidable within the front end of a vacuum tube, and has an inflatable member along its inner circumference adapted to encircle the base of the penis and apply a radially inward force thereto sufficient to create an air tight seal there between during evacuation pumping.

A penis enhancement system. The penis enhancement system includes a first and second ring, each having a bead affixed thereto. A cord lock is slidably disposed over each of the first and second rings, wherein the cord lock can adjust a diameter of an opening formed by the first and second rings, such that the first and second rings can be secured about penises having a variety of diameters. The first and second rings are secured on opposing ends of a penis, wherein blood is introduced and trapped therebetween via the first and second rings. Pressure caused by pressing on the scrotum area increases blood flow within the penis creating small tears that promote cell growth and cell division to repair the tissue, thereby increasing the size of the penis.

A penile implant having an elongate erectile body (2) supported by a symphyseal anchoring mount (3). The symphyseal anchoring mount (3) has a mounting plate (25) presenting a bearing face (26) extending in a plane, and the erectile body (2) extends from the face opposite the bearing face, in a direction that forms with the plane of the bearing face, an angle of inclination lying in the range 5 to 30, and preferably in the range 10 to 20, the erectile body (2) having at its end that is opposite the end provided with the symphyseal anchoring mount, a bulbous portion (4) forming a glans.

A kit comprising at least one male condom having a condom base, a tubular sheath, and a reservoir tip, at least two wearable, silicone rings, each ring having an internal diameter that is different than the internal diameter of the other ring, and a single package comprising a first internal compartment and a second internal compartment, wherein the at least one male condom is contained in the first compartment, and the at least two wearable rings are contained in the second compartment.

An intercourse assistance device for reducing the length of a penis that enters a vagina. The intercourse assistance device has a support body with a front side and a rear side. The support body is made of resistantly-rigid material. The device includes a region of deformably-soft material monolithically positioned centrally within the support body. The deformably-soft material is adapted to deform when in contact with the penis. The device also includes a reflexively-closable opening cut out from the region of reflexively-deformable material. The opening is adapted to removably receive the penis.

A penis enhancement apparatus and method having a first ring and a second ring, wherein each ring is circular in shape having an opening for receiving a penis therethough. The method provides the steps of adjusting the rings to an appropriate size via securing a knot in each ring. The first ring is applied to the tip of the penis adjacent to the glans thereof. The second ring is placed onto the shaft of the penis near the scrotum, wherein the rings cause small tears in the tissue of the penis via putting pressure onto the tissue of the penis once applied thereto. Pressure is then manually applied to the scrotum in order to direct blood flow into the tissue of the penis, wherein the blood causes the small tears. As the small tears are repaired, the penis is enlarged due to the promotion of cell growth and cell division.

Disclosed is a penile constriction device comprising a body including an aperture (4) for surrounding a penis wherein the aperture (4) defines an inner edge (6,7). According to the present invention an elastic strap (8) is arranged within the aperture (4) or at least in alignment with the aperture (4) wherein the ends of the strap (8) are connected to connection points (10) at the inner edge (6,7) of the aperture (4) or at portions of the body (2) adjacent to the aperture (4), and where in the connection points (10) are positioned opposite to each other relative to the aperture (4) and the length of the strap (8) between its both ends is greater than the distance between the connection points (10) so that the strap (8) is able to be optionally brought into a first position (FIG. 4a) so as to limit the aperture (4) for defining a first aperture cross-section area (4.1) or a second (FIG. 4d) position opposite to the first position relative to the aperture (4) so as to limit the aperture (4) for defining a second aperture cross-section (4.2) area which is larger than the first aperture cross-section area (4.1).
