CONDUCTIVE POLYMER COMPOSITE AND SUBSTRATE
The present invention provides a conductive polymer composite including: (A) a π-conjugated polymer, and (B) a dopant polymer which contains a repeating unit “a” shown by the following general formula (1) and has a weight-average molecular weight in the range of 1,000 to 500,000. There can be provided a conductive polymer composite that has excellent filterability and film-formability by spin coating, and also can form a conductive film having high transparency and flatness when the film is formed therefrom.

CONDUCTIVE POLYMER COMPOSITE AND SUBSTRATE
The present invention provides a conductive polymer composite including: (A) a π-conjugated polymer, and (B) a dopant polymer which contains a repeating unit “a” shown by the following general formula (1) and has a weight-average molecular weight in the range of 1,000 to 500,000. Provided is a method of manufacturing a patterned substrate. The method may be applied to a process of manufacturing a device such as an electronic device or integrated circuit, or another use, for example, to manufacture an integrated optical system, a guidance and detection pattern of a magnetic domain memory, a flat panel display, a LCD, a thin film magnetic head or an organic light emitting diode, and used to construct a pattern on a surface to be used to manufacture a discrete tract medium such as an integrated circuit, a bit-patterned medium and/or a magnetic storage device such as a hard drive.

The present invention provides a random copolymer including structural units represented by the following Chemical Formulae 1 to 3 ##STR00001##
for forming a neutral layer for significantly reducing process time and process costs, and promoting directed self-assembly pattern formation of a block copolymer. The present invention further provides a laminate for forming a pattern including a neutral layer having a small thickness variation value due to washing, by including the random copolymer for forming a neutral layer. The present invention further provides a method for forming a pattern capable of stably vertically orienting a block copolymer on a laminate for forming a neutralized pattern.

Polymer compound for conductive polymer and method for producing same
A polymer compound having a weight average molecular weight in the range of 1,000 to 500,000, and contains one or more repeating units represented by formula (1) and one or more repeating units represented by formula (2): ##STR00001## R.sup.1 represents a hydrogen atom or a methyl group; Rf.sub.1 represents a linear or branched alkyl group having 1 to 4 carbon atoms or a phenyl group, and has at least one fluorine atom or a trifluoromethyl group in Rf.sub.1; Z.sub.1 represents a single bond, an arylene group having 6 to 12 carbon atoms or —C(═O)—O—R.sup.2—; R.sup.2 represents a linear, branched or cyclic alkylene group having 1 to 12 carbon atoms, an arylene group having 6 to 10 carbon atoms or an alkenylene group having 2 to 10 carbon atoms, and may have an ether group, a carbonyl group or an ester group in R.sup.2; and “a” is 0<a≤1.0, and ##STR00002## “b” is 0<b<1.0.
