A male sexual stimulation device that provides a better user experience by combining a mechanical stroking mechanism with a spiraling sleeve that provides rotational stimulation and suctional stimulation to the stroking motion of the mechanical stroking mechanism. The spiraling sleeve is formed at least in part from an elastomeric material with ribbing molded into the interior of the sleeve at an angle to the linear axis of the spiraling sleeve such that elongation or shortening of the spiraling sleeve along the linear axis with a penis inserted therein causes a portion of the sleeve to twist about the linear axis.

A system is disclosed. A system is disclosed. The system has an alarm control module, comprising computer-executable code stored in non-volatile memory, and an accessory including an accessory processor and an accessory memory. The alarm control module and the accessory are configured to control the accessory processor to execute on a first plurality of programming instructions stored by the accessory memory, the first plurality of programming instructions controlling the accessory and including one or more alarm clocks, and when the one or more alarm clocks that are preset in the accessory are activated, drive the accessory. A penile holder device includes a base, a riser attached to the base at a central portion of the base, the riser including a holder support and an open channel through an upper portion of the riser and a holder having an attachment portion complementary to the holder support in the riser. A holder portion extends horizontally from a top edge of the attachment portion. An anatomical ring device for attachment to a penis includes a closed ring body defining an interior opening that is shaped and sized to receive a penis. The ring body may include two or more high-stretch sections separating two or more low-stretch sections of the ring body. The present invention relates to a system comprising an apparatus for treating a sexually dysfunctional male patient. A device and method for the present invention provide for an erectile dysfunction device comprising an insertion assembly in communication with a distal end cap assembly. The distal end cap assembly is positioned at a distal end of the erectile dysfunction device and external to the user's body and provides for mechanical and electronic features. The insertion assembly comprises a lumen, lumen cap and rigid section in removable communication. A proximal end of the insertion assembly is closed and provides for a lumen wall of reduced thickness. The lumen wall of reduced thickness provides for local expansion of the lumen wall to an elastic bulb when fluid is inserted in the lumen when the device is in operation by a user, the elastic bulb having an anchoring effect. A method of insertion, operation, and removal of the erectile dysfunction device is also described.

A device for stimulating the male genitalia. The device includes an elasticated ring configured to encircle a penis. The elasticated ring houses: an electrical power source; a first electrically-powered vibratory part in a top end portion of the ring; a second electrically-powered vibratory part in a bottom end portion of the ring, the top end portion of the ring being opposite the bottom end portion of the ring; and an electrical connection electrically connecting the first and second vibratory parts to the electrical power source. An apparatus and a system for treating a sexual dysfunctional male patient comprise an implanted at least one vibrator adapted to stimulate at least a part of the sexually responsive tissue of the penis of the patient by vibration of said vibrator and contact between said vibrator and at least one area of the sexually responsive tissue. There is also provided a surgical method comprising the apparatus and the system.
