An absorbent article and enclosing pants and a method for wearing the combination thereof are provided. An isolating absorbent article may have an easy tear line opening for selectively tearing and tightly surrounding around a rear root portion of the scrotum to isolate the external sex organ and for installation or extension of a urine tube or a urine sack. The enclosing pants has the front pad and a rear pad having two lifting and looping sections and a central opening section, the central opening for fixing and correspond the easy tear line opening.

A catheter passage is operable to enclose a catheter and to receive and retain fluid discharged from a catheter. A slit enables a catheter to be inserted into the catheter passage of the absorbent material. An absorbent pad operable for use with female patients includes an absorbent material, a nonpermeable backing, a catheter passage, and a slit to allow for insertion and removal of a catheter.

The tube extends into the chamber and has an end positioned proximate to the distal end region of the fluid impermeable barrier. The tube includes a tube opening at least proximate to the end of the tube and oriented to face at least a portion of the fluid permeable body. The sump is positioned in the area between the tube opening and the distal end region.
