A one-pack moisture-curing composition of the present technology contains a preliminary composition, an adhesiveness-imparting agent containing a compound (A) and/or a compound (B), a first catalyst containing a compound (C) and/or dibutyltin bis(pentadione), and a second catalyst containing a dimorpholinodiethylether.
ONE PART, CATALYST CONTAINING, MOISTURE CURABLE DUAL CURE RESINS FOR ADDITIVE MANUFACTURING
Provided is method of making a three-dimensional object comprising polyurea, which may include: (a) dispensing a one part (1K) dual cure resin into a stereolithography apparatus, the resin comprising or consisting essentially of a photoinitiator, a reactive blocked polyisocyanate, optionally a catalyst such as a polyurethane blowing catalyst, and optionally a polyepoxide; (b) additively manufacturing from said resin an intermediate object comprising the light polymerization product of said reactive blocked polyisocyanate; (c) optionally cleaning said intermediate object; and (d) reacting said polymerization product in said intermediate with water in the presence of a catalyst such as a polyurethane blowing catalyst (which may be included in the resin, the water, or both) to generate polyamine in situ that sequentially reacts with the remainder of the polymerization product to form urea linkages and thereby produce a three-dimensional object comprising polyurea. Dual cure resins useful for the method are also provided.
TWO-COMPONENT POLYURETHANE ADHESIVE COMPOSITION
The present disclosure relates to a curable two-component polyurethane adhesive composition comprising: a) a first component C1 comprising at least one polyol; b) a second component C2 comprising at least one isocyanate; c) a polyurethane catalytic system comprising a first bicyclic amine and a second bicyclic amine; and d) optionally, a particulate filler material. BIOCIDAL POLYURETHANE SYSTEMS, METHODS FOR THEIR PREPARATION AND USES THEREOF
The invention relates to the field of polymers, in particular to polymer systems based on polyurethane (PU) having abroad spectrum biocidal activity and the use thereof in the manufacture of biocidal products. Provided is a process to provide a biocidal polyurethane-iodin e (PU-I) complex, comprising (i) dissolving at least one iodine source into one or more raw materials used for preparing the desired polyurethane (PU) to obtain a single phase iodine system, followed by (ii) conducting a PU polymerization reaction in the presence of the single phase iodine system to generate a biocidal PU-I complex in situ.

Organic amine salt compounds having CO.SUB.2.-donating anions and their use as foaming agent
An organic amine salt compounds of general formula A.sup.n−[B.sup.m+].sub.p (I) is disclosed, wherein A.sup.n− is a CO.sub.2-donating anion with a valence of −n, wherein n=1, 2 or 3; each B.sup.m+ comprises: ammonium ion, hydrazinium ion and/or organic amine B cation; wherein
and wherein A.sup.n− is one or more selected from a group consisting of following anions: (a) carbamate orcarbazate; (b) carbonate; (c) formate; (d) bicarbonate; (e) organic monocarbonate; (f) organic poly-carbamate; (g) orthoformate; or (h) organic poly-carbonate. The compound of general formula (I) has at least one of hydroxyalkyl group linked to N atom, i.e., has alkanolamine residue. They can be used as polyurethane foaming agent, and most of them can be used as polystyrene foaming agent or polyvinyl choride foaming agent.
POLYOL PREMIXES, THERMALLY INSULATING RIGID POLYURETHANE FOAMS AND METHODS FOR THEIR PRODUCTION
Polyol premixes and thermally insulating rigid polyurethane foams, such as those that can be used as a thermal insulation medium in the construction of refrigerated storage devices, are disclosed. A polymer polyol having a OH number of greater than 260 mg KOH/g is utilized. The resulting polyurethane foams can exhibit improved thermal insulation properties without sacrificing other important physical and processing properties.
TRANSLUCENT POLYURETHANE OR POLYISOCYANURATE FOAMS
The present invention relates to a process for producing translucent polyurethane and polyisocyanurate foams by reaction of a component A comprising A1 at least one polyol reactive with the component B; A2 optionally at least one amine; A3 water and optionally formic acid; A4 at least one foam stabilizer; A5 optionally auxiliary and/or additive substances; A6 optionally at least one flame retardant; A7 at least one catalyst; and a component B comprising B1 at least one aliphatic or cycloaliphatic polyisocyanate component or a combination thereof; and B2 optionally at least one hydrophilized isocyanate; and B3 less than 20 parts by weight of an aromatic polyisocyanate component, wherein the parts by weight of B3 are based on the sum of the parts by weight of B1 to B3 normalized to 100 parts by weight, characterized in that the reaction of the component A with the component B is carried out at an isocyanate index of at least 150, wherein the obtained translucent polyurethane and polyisocyanurate foams have a light transmission according to EN ISO 13468-2:2006 of at least 10% and a haze of at least 70%, determined according to ASTM D1003-13, in each case measured at a layer thickness of 20 mm. The present invention further relates to polyurethane and polyisocyanurate foams obtained by the process and to the use thereof as a construction element, as a wall element, as a floor element, in buildings, in vehicles or lamps.

The present invention relates to a catalyst composition for curing resins containing epoxy groups, in particular epoxy/polyurethane hybrid resins, the catalyst composition containing an imidazolium salt, in addition to a base, as well as a method for curing such resins in the presence of the catalyst composition, to the use of the catalyst composition for curing resins containing epoxy groups, to resin systems comprising a resin containing epoxy groups and the catalyst composition, and to a dosing system that comprises the resin and the catalyst composition.
