PROCESSES AND PRODUCTION PLANTS FOR PRODUCING POLYMER POLYOLS
Processes for preparing a polymer polyol (PMPO) in which a base polyol is continuously produced in a continuous base polyol reactor, the base polyol is continuously discharged from the continuous base polyol reactor; the base polyol is continuously introduced to a continuous PMPO reactor, which is different from the continuous base polyol reactor, and PMPO is continuously removed from the PMPO reactor. Production plant configured to carry out such processes are also described.
Solid electrolyte composition, solid electrolyte-containing sheet and manufacturing method therefor, all-solid state secondary battery and manufacturing method therefor, and polymer and non-aqueous solvent dispersion thereof
Provided are a solid electrolyte composition containing an inorganic solid electrolyte having a conductivity of an ion of a metal belonging to Group I or II of the periodic table and a binder having a specific hydrocarbon polymer segment and a specific segment, a solid electrolyte-containing sheet in which the same solid electrolyte composition is used and a manufacturing method therefor, an all-solid state secondary battery and a manufacturing method therefor, a polymer having a specific hydrocarbon polymer segment and a specific segment, and a non-aqueous solvent dispersion thereof.
POLYURETHANE RESIN AND METHOD FOR PRODUCING THE SAME
A polyurethane resin and a method for producing the same are provided. The method includes a first polymer forming step implemented by reacting a first polyether polyol and an isocyanate to form a first polymer, a second polymer forming step implemented by reacting the first polymer and a second polyether polyol to form a second polymer, and a blocking step implemented by adding a blocking agent into the second polymer to form the polyurethane resin. A hydroxyl functionality of the first polyether polyol is less than a hydroxyl functionality of the second polyether polyol. A usage amount ratio of a usage amount of the first polyether polyol to a usage amount of the second polyether polyol to a usage amount of the blocking agent is within a range from 35:59:6 to 27:70:3. A degree of crosslinking of the polyurethane resin is within a range from 2.2 to 2.5.
