Automated contactless access device location system and method
A method is disclosed. The method includes receiving transaction data in an authorization request message from an access device, where the transaction data is associated with a merchant and a transaction location. The method also includes analyzing the transaction data to determine if a location database comprises location data corresponding to the merchant associated with the transaction data, and adding the transaction location and information regarding the access device to the location database.
METHODS OF PRODUCING COATED PROPPANTS
Methods for producing proppants with a polyurethane proppant coating are provided. The methods include forming aliphatic polycarbonate polyols from the copolymerization of epoxide and CO.sub.2 monomers, forming the polyurethane proppant coating by reacting the aliphatic polycarbonate polyols and at least one of diisocyanate monomers and isocyanate monomers, and coating proppant particles with the polyurethane proppant coating to produce coated proppants with polyurethane proppant coating.
Polyurethane catalyst and application thereof
A polyurethane catalyst comprises a sodium compound, the sodium compound being 1 to 60 wt % of the polyurethane catalyst by the mass percent, and further comprises a tertiary amine and/or pyridine compound. The sodium compound and the tertiary amine and/or pyridine compound achieve a synergistic effect; during the catalysis of the polymerization of isocyanate and polyalcohol, the speed of the polymerization reaction is increased; and the prepared polyurethane material has excellent physical properties, does not contain any heavy metal element at all, is an environment-friendly catalyst, solves the technical problem of ensuring environmental protection, safety and the catalytic efficiency of the polyurethane catalyst, and is particularly applicable to the preparation of polyurethane synthetic leather resin slurry, a polyurethane elastomer (prepolymer), a polyurethane coating, a polyurethane adhesive, a polyurethane composite material, flexible polyurethane foam, and a rigid polyurethane material.
LAMINATING ADHESIVES USING POLYESTER FROM TRANSESTERIFICATION OF POLYLACTIC ACID WITH NATURAL OILS
A specific mixture of polyols, at least one of which contains the transesterification product of the polymer polylactic acid with natural oils. The mixture of polyols can be used as one component of a two-component adhesive for laminating flexible packaging. The other component comprises an isocyanate-functionalized compound. The two components are combined before use and the resulting adhesive can be used to bond films to form a flexible packaging material.

The present invention provides a stretchable film composition that has excellent stretchability and strength, with the film surface having excellent water repellency, and is favorably used for a non-tackiness stretchable film, a stretchable film using the stretchable film composition, and a method for forming the same. ##STR00001##
Toughened Cyanoacrylate Compositions
Curable cyanoacrylate compositions are reported that comprise cyanoacrylate and a thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) components. Such compositions are toughened cyanoacrylate compositions exhibiting long term viscosity stability when stored for prolonged periods at room temperature (25 C.). TPU components are reported having structural units in which at least one of the structural units has the formula OR.sup.1OArOR.sup.2O, wherein Ar is a C.sub.6-C.sub.20 aromatic group with at least one aromatic ring; R.sup.1 is a C.sub.2-C.sub.10 alkyl group; and R.sup.2 is a C.sub.2-C.sub.10 alkyl group. The thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) component may be present in the curable cyanoacrylate composition from about 1 wt % to about 40 wt %, for example from about 2 wt % to about 30 wt %, such from about 3 wt % to about 20 wt %, suitably from about 5 wt % to about 10 wt %, based on the total weight of the composition.
