PHOTOSENSITIVE RESIN COMPOSITION, PHOTOSENSITIVE SHEET, CURED FILM, METHOD FOR PRODUCING CURED FILM, ELECTRONIC COMPONENT, ANTENNA ELEMENT, SEMICONDUCTOR PACKAGE, AND DISPLAY DEVICE

The purpose of the present invention is to provide a photosensitive resin composition that yields a cured film having exceptional heat resistance, elongation, chemical resistance, permittivity, and dielectric tangent while being curable under low-temperature heat treatments, the percentage of film remaining after development being exceptional. To solve the above problem, the photosensitive resin composition of the present invention has the following configuration. Specifically, a photosensitive resin composition that contains a resin (A) and a photopolymerization initiator (B), said resin (A): containing one or more structural units selected from the group consisting of specific structural units represented by formula (1), formula (3), and formula (5); and also containing one or more structural units selected from the group consisting of structural units represented by formula (2), formula (4), and formula (6).

Each R.sub.2 is independently —H or C.sub.1-6 alkyl; n is ≥1. If n=1, Z and Y are absent and X represents —OR.sub.3; if n is >1, Z represents —OR.sub.4—, Y represents —OR.sub.5— and X represents —H or —OH. R.sub.3 represents —H or R.sub.1; and R.sub.4 and R.sub.5 each independently represent a bivalent hydrocarbon group. The present invention discloses thiourea-containing dendrimers and thiourea-containing hyperbranched polymers, and respectively a preparation method for the thiourea-containing dendrimer and a preparation method for the thiourea-containing hyperbranched polymer, and a thiourea-containing dendrimer and a thiourea-containing hyperbranched polymer having increased water solubility prepared by using the thiourea-containing dendrimer and the thiourea-containing hyperbranched polymer as raw materials. Finally, disclosed are applications of the thiourea-containing dendrimers and the thiourea-containing hyperbranched polymers in the preparation of antitumor and antimicrobial drugs. The thiourea-containing dendrimer and the thiourea-containing hyperbranched polymer have a significant growth inhibitive effect on solid tumors and low toxicity to normal tissues, and thus can be used for preparing drugs for treating malignant tumors. The thiourea-containing dendrimer and the thiourea-containing hyperbranched polymer also have a good antimicrobial effect on various bacterial strains and thus can be used for preparing antiviral or antibacterial drugs.

Pressure-sensitive adhesive composition

The present invention relates to a pressure-sensitive adhesive composition. The pressure-sensitive adhesive composition of the present invention can provide a pressure-sensitive adhesive having low time-dependency of dependability and adhesion strength and having excellent interfacial adhesion strength. After being applied to an optical member such as a polarizing plate, the pressure-sensitive adhesive composition exhibits excellent interfacial adhesion strength and maintains excellent dependability without time-dependency.

HEAT CONFORMABLE CURABLE ADHESIVE FILMS

Optically clear curable adhesive films that are heat conformable prior to setting include a reactive composition. The curable films are flexible and free-standing, and have a complex viscosity of greater than 100,000 poise (10,000 Pascal seconds) at 25° C. and less than 100 poise (10 Pascal seconds) at 85° C., prior to setting. The set film has an adhesive shear strength of greater than 100 Newtons per square centimeter (N/cm.sup.2) to a glass substrate when measured according to the Shear Adhesion Test Method. The reactive composition includes an ethylenically unsaturated polyester-containing oligomeric composition that is the reaction product of a saturated, amorphous co-polyester polyol and a compound with a terminal polyol-reactive group and a terminal ethylenically unsaturated group, a (meth)acrylate functional material, and at least one initiator.

IMPROVED CURE MASKING AREA FOR UV CURABLE ADHESIVES IN DISPLAY APPLICATIONS

The present invention is a method of curing an adhesive composition positioned at least partially under a light-absorbing layer. The method includes providing an adhesive composition, positioning the light-absorbing layer over a surface of the adhesive composition such that there is an exposed area of the adhesive composition and a covered area of the adhesive composition and irradiating the exposed area of the adhesive composition and the covered area of the adhesive composition at the surface at a dosage of between about 100 mJ/cm.sup.2 and about 10,000 mJ/cm.sup.2. The adhesive composition includes a solute (meth)acryolyl oligomer having a molecular weight of 4 to 30 k and a Tg of less than about 20° C., a diluents monomer component and a photoinitiator.
