Men's Garment for Recovery After Urological Procedures, Genital Surgery and Genital Injury
A garment is provided to be worn post-surgery during recovery from urological surgical procedure. The garment is in the form of men's underwear or brief, with features provided to assist in recovery and comfort of the user. The garment includes a center flap that can be opened to provide access to a center pocket that is aligned with the user's crotch. The center pocket contains a moldable body that can be molded to a particular shape to support and hold the user's penis in a pre-determined orientation to facilitate the recovery process. The flap also includes a pocket that can contain a heating/cooling pack that is arranged to apply heat/cooling to the surgical site. The garment is also configured to accept and support a medical drainage tube to drain the surgical wound, and a drainage pump as needed.
COOLING PACK
Described are various embodiments of a cooling pack. In one such embodiment a cooling pack is provided for cooling a crotch region of a human while seated on a seating surface, the cooling pack comprising a tapered container for holding a cooling material therein, and defined by tapering upper and lower surfaces drawing into a tapered edge to be positioned between the crotch region and the seating surface in use, thereby providing cooling for the region.
SCROTAL SHEET
A scrotal sheet includes a paste/water-retaining material layer containing at least moisture and a cooling material that uses vaporization heat resulting from evaporation of the moisture, a surface material layer on a surface of the paste/water-retaining material layer, and a notch configured to from a three-dimensional shape to surround the scrotum when the scrotal sheet is used.

A cooling device is disclosed herein. The disclosed cooling device comprises a sensor or thermometer that indicates body temperature and contains an activatable cooler. In some versions, the disclosure discusses an activatable cooler comprising water and an endothermic salt. The device is designed to promote safety and comfort of the user-wearer.

Thermotherapy pack for the groin
Disclosed is a therapy pack for applying thermotherapy to a user's groin for treatment of various conditions or injuries, and to aid in surgical recovery. The therapy pack has an insulated side and an uninsulated side, a two-lobed shape with a soft outer border, and contains a quantity of thermal storage material. The therapy pack also includes one or more window(s) without thermal storage material to reduce proximity of the material to genitalia. Embodiments include a three-window version and a single window version. Embodiments also include the use of one or more supplemental therapy pack(s) and a cover. Also disclosed is a method of using the therapy pack to apply thermotherapy to the male groin. Embodiments of the method include applying the therapy pack with the insulated side facing the user's skin, followed by applying the pack with the uninsulated side facing the skin.

The apparatus further includes a receptacle, a handle in mechanical communication with the receptacle, an opening in the receptacle for receiving urination from a user, and a valve having a first side in fluid communication with the reservoir and having a second side in fluid communication with the receptacle.
