A rubber composition for producing a foam having a high expansion ratio, comprising the following components (a), (b), (c), and (d): (a) a rubber component; (b) a chemical foaming agent; (c) a compound represented by the following formula (1) or a salt thereof; and (d) at least one member selected from the group consisting of vulcanizing agents and crosslinking agents:

An inventive electrically conductive rubber composition contains: a rubber component including SBR and/or NBR, and 20 to 30 parts by mass of epichlorohydrin rubber based on 100 parts by mass of the overall rubber component; a crosslinking component; a foaming component; and a potassium salt of an anion having a fluoro group and a sulfonyl group in its molecule, the potassium salt being present in a proportion of not less than 0.01 part by mass and not greater than 1 part by mass based on 100 parts by mass of the overall rubber component. An inventive transfer roller (1) includes a roller body (2) formed from the electrically conductive rubber composition.

The present application relates to a thermally expandable composition which contains at least one peroxidically cross-linking polymer, at least one peroxide, at least one blowing agent and at least one wax, to molded bodies containing said composition, and to a method for sealing and filling voids in components, for strengthening or reinforcing components, in particular hollow components, and for bonding mobile components, using molded bodies of this type.
CORE FLOORING LAYER OF A LIGHT-FOAMED SPC FLOOR AND A LIGHT-FOAMED SPC FLOOR
Provided in the present disclosure are a core flooring layer of a light-foamed SPC floor and a light-foamed SPC floor. Based on the total weight of the core flooring, the core flooring of the present disclosure contains 65.0?75.0 wt % of calcium carbonate, 18.0?25.0 wt % of polyvinyl chloride resin, 2.2?3.0 wt % of a foaming regulator, 2.5?3.3 wt % of a stabilizer, 0.10?0.20 wt % of a plasticizer, 0.10?0.15 wt % of an external lubricant, 0.1?0.40 wt % of an ADC foaming agent, and 0.5?1.0 wt % of an NC foaming agent. The present disclosure can greatly reduce the density of a SPC floor while improving the static bending strength, flexural elastic modulus and peeling strength, and reducing heating warpage.

The production method includes a process in which a semiconductive rubber composition forming the inner layer is foamed with OBSH.

Provided are a foam molded body capable of improving damping properties and sound insulation properties of a panel and realizing weight reduction of a panel, a dam rubber, a complex of a dam rubber and a panel, and a method for increasing a sound transmission loss.
The present invention is concerned with a foam molded body of a resin composition containing a block copolymer (I) which is a block copolymer having a polymer block (A) composed mainly of a structural unit derived from an aromatic vinyl compound and other polymer block (B), exhibits a peak top temperature of tan , as measured under a condition of a thickness of a test piece of 1 mm, a strain amount of 0.1%, a frequency of 1 Hz, a measurement temperature of 70 to 70 C., and a temperature rise rate of 3 C./min in conformity with JIS K7244-10 (2005), of 50 to 50 C., and has a peak top molecular weight determined in terms of standard polystyrene by gel permeation chromatography of 30,000 to 500,000; at least one olefin-based polymer (II) selected from the group consisting of an ethylene-propylene-diene copolymer rubber, an ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer, and a polyethylene-based resin; a crosslinking agent (III); and a foaming agent (IV).
THERMOSETTING EPOXY RESIN COMPOSITIONS USEFUL AS STRUCTURAL REINFORCEMENT OR STRUCTURAL FOAM
Thermosetting epoxy resin compositions on the one hand at room temperature in the incompletely cured state exhibit extremely slight alteration in shape and on the other hand develop a high surface tack, and, moreover, in the fully cured state are of high impact strength and at the same time exhibits high adhesion, particularly to metallic substrates. These compositions are ideally suited to the production of self-adhesive reinforcing elements.

A foam rubber molded produce obtained by molding a rubber composition containing 100 parts by mass of ethylene--olefin-nonconjugated diene copolymer, 4 to 30 parts by mass of amorphous 4-methyl-1-pentene copolymer, 2 to 8 parts by mass of blowing agent, and a sulfur-based vulcanizing agent, and having a Mooney viscosity after kneading (ML1+4, 100 C.) of 54 or less. A specific gravity is 0.3 to 0.8, a compression set is less than 27%, and a foam state is an interconnected cell.
