Disclosed is a diaphragm and a sound generating device. The raw material of the diaphragm comprises a liquid diene-based rubber and a vulcanizing agent, and the liquid diene-based rubber comprises a liquid butadiene-based rubber or a liquid isoprene-based rubber.
